Well located, super view, friendly welcome and professional service

My overall stay was much appreciated and most welcome as it was a family gathering after a long period of seperation. Checking in and checking out went very smoothly by. The restraunts and coffee shops were all well managed and had very polite and helpful staff. But due to the current covid-19 issue restrictions were applied concerning the number of people that were at the pool and other areas at the same time. But there were some setbacks. At the parking area one had to leave the car keys, and upon refusal another parking area was destined for us, where unfortunatly we had to carry our luggage ourselves as no bellboy service was available for that car park. Our bedroom had a super view, and was adequatehy furnished, but the bathroom needed maintenance and service to make our stay more comfortable. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and hope we can repeat the experience soon again.

I love everything about Sofitel Cleanliness and amazing breakfast Kababgy delicious food however a bit pricey.. you could offer a special discount on total bill if someone is accommodating a room Infinity pool is the best EXCEPT the kids... too much noise and this pool should be for adults only or for certain age.

The stay was good but I was expecting a better upgrade specially the hotel was almost empty. Faced couple of issues with the italian restaurant food was not that quality I expected. Also in the 2nd night the ac started leaking water to room and almost all floor was wet. The pool experience was good and the staff was really friendly.

From the first time reservation till we leave every thing was great ,reception staff are decent and helpful, room is very clean ,breakfast were amazing, but the pool in Friday stay was crowded although its the best view on Nile .

I spent a night in a double room , nile view, it was amazing, breakfast was served at our room , hot and delicious, I really wanna thank the receptionist Hassan , he was so welcoming when we arrived and helped us to do some upgrades Looking forward to come again

The location is amazing and the staff by the pool are awesome Rooms are small and not that clean. Food isn’t great and very expensive to its taste. What saves you is the view

1. Room was very comfortable and it gave sense of peace 2. All facilities in the room were working properly and smoothly 3. Staff were very friendly, professional and helpful 4. Hygiene measures were applied extensively given the current situation of the Corona-virus 5. Breakfast was well served and it tasted wonderful and fresh given the fact that it was alacarte.

The staff were very polite, helpful and available all the time. The hotel is perfectly located for the purpose of my visit. The breakfast was excellent both in quality and quantity. The restaurant staff and managers were very courteous. The room was great with a wonderful view. Thank you for a wonderful stay and I regret that it was cut short due to the health situation globally.

Had good stay throughout from day 1 till checkout. Even a small request on boiling rice more on Kapsa served in breakfast was considered and served the way I wanted. People are so supportive and happy to serve. Thanks to all working in Sofitel from main entrance, reception, room service etc.
