Well located hotel very close from International’s London St Pancras train station. This was the main reason why we booked it and we were very pleased with it. Nice welcoming even during the covid-19 restrictions. And we were amazed on our way to the bedroom by the view in the middle lift thanks to the glass windows. The bedroom was cleaned and the bed very spacious and comfortable. However I would not recommend the sofa bed even for one night. The quality of the mattress is shocking for a hotel of this standard classed as a Premium brand from Accor. A Rollaway bed with a proper mattress would be expected. Luckily our son is used to sleep with us in the bed and there was enough space to share between the three of us. Due to the lockdown we decided to order some food from their room service menu. That sounded like the best option. We ordered some carbonara pasta and 2 burgers. The quality of the food was ok but nothing special justifying the level of price charged for it. Bare in mind there was not many people staying here so we can’t even use the excuse of the quantity of meal the chef has to prepare. And the worst was the sauces on each tray with the burger which were all out of of date for one year !!! We dipped our fries in the mayonnaise pot when we saw that was all liquid and tasted weird. We didn’t expect to get that. Again is that too difficult to check the dates at least before bringing the food. It doesn’t reach the standard of expectation for this sort of hotel. It wasn’t finished as I wanted to inform the reception I tried to call from the phone in the bedroom but it wasn’t working ! I had to call Pullman main number and asked to speak to this hotel before getting in touch with the reception after a while of waiting. They apologised and brought us new sauces. We had a good night and the bathroom equipment are nice. We ordered our breakfast 2 pastries dish and one continental. it was all right with the pastries but the quality of the continental was again not great at all. It is like a plate that has been prepared either for somebody else the day before or packed in a fridge for a couple of days. The Brie cheese was dried and look on the top and the same for the ham and salami. The baby tomatoes were not fresh neither. I wasn’t expecting a Michelin star breakfast but at least a Premium quality breakfast. The check out was quick and easy as we were the only one to leave at that time. At the end we were pleased with our stay and convinced we made the right decision to stay here as it is closed from the train station but we were disappointed with the quality of the food which certainly doesn’t reach any Premium brand nor economy but more like on a budget type hotel.

For someone getting the Eurostar this is the perfect hotel. Rooms in the tower - mine was on the 16th Floor - give unprecedented views, and the spacious retro look is guaranteed to help you relax.

Me and my mrs where travelling from Milton Keynes and had be rushing around and haven’t had time to look around for hotel online so we arrived at Euston and searched on google for a place to stay one night and found Pullman a walking distance from the station as we arrived the gentleman asked for the reason to stay and simply said we had short notice and the mrs has appointment at east London hospital for her mri scan in the morning as my mrs has a kidney infection and had shown proof at the door and then the gentleman accepted our stay and gave us upgraded room called deluxe room which was beautiful with an amazing view and spotless clean room with all things we needed how ever there was a massive let down as bathroom was in working properly the sink was blocked and the toilet wouldn’t flash and the shower wouldn’t work unless you run the tap and if we did the sink would have over flown and then the mrs tried call the reception to have the problem fixed as we had to leave at 8am she had no one answering the phone so she decided to go and stay at her mothers at the middle of the night and I had to call an Uber to take her all the way to island of dogs which was expensive and had no choice to do soo and I had to stay as there was no room for me to stay over. So at checking out time I simply went to reception and had explained and show the video which we took and said we had this problem all night and no one helped us and the only person we found at night was the security guard and we didn’t wanted him to brother with our issues so as I explained at the reception and said that we have no choice but to come back and stay at the same place next week for another appointment could please make sure everything works and the gentleman gave us some discount for our stay and said the money will take a couple of days to refund which is only £28 from £139 the have took from us and couldn’t gave us supreme room to stay for our next arrival and 20% off as the hotel is mostly empty but they still charged £139 I’m sorry to have written this review and would liken to have written an amazing one if everything went as nice as we expected and will write another one for our next trip on the 18th if everything goes well in our stay.kind regards mr H.

The staff were the best part of the whole stay: they were kind, considerate, and funny. Caleb at the reception desk was really sweet and it was lovely to be welcomed by him. Two men came to deliver room service, who were both great. The man who delivered room service in the evening (I don't know his name, I'm sorry!) was not only very nice, he was also beautifully dressed!
