I was warmly welcomed upon entry with an amazing reception and the receptionist even upgraded us for free to a deluxe room with an amazing view all the staff where so welcoming and well presented. Cocktails were strong too and great value for money in the bar with an amazing interior

The dining experience was delivered very well and whilst eating for drinking in the restaurant we felt safe and within a safe environment. Staff were their usual helpful and friendly selves. A good trip at a difficult time.

We are booking each yer this hotel at the same time for my mother in law Bday weekend away, and we always feel welcomed, staff are extremely attentive and friendly. The lady who checked us in (sorry lost my note with her name) were absolute delight from the start till the end of our stay. Breakfast duty manager (I believe she is), she were warm and proactive, and most friendliest person I met at hotel. Gentleman on the GA restaurant Duty Manager - he were truly a keeper the way he was attentive, friendly, chatty, welcoming. Overall stay were excellent as always. Loved our stay.

How can Accor justify charging 200.00 pounds for a mid week night when the hotel was clearly not busy ? The shower seat in the accessible room was in appalling state and needs replacing. Impossible to sleep after 4.00 am due to loud noise coming from either fridge or pipes in room.

I'm a regular guest at the Pullman, ordinarily in non-coved times staying there 2-3 times per month. What attracts me to the Pullman is the staff and their attentiveness towards guests. Yes the rooms are extremely well-appointed and comfortable and the food and beverage offerings are first class, but it's the friendliness of the staff that draws me to the Pullman as my 'home in London'. Levent and his team really go out of their way to make those who stay at the hotel very much feel like guests rather than customers. Well done!

I have stayed at this hotel many times. The location is ideal for my purposes, the staff are excellent. It's a very well run hotel. If you plan to have a drink in the bar lounge prepare for a shock though - the prices are astonishingly high!
