I have only recently discovered the Pullman St Pancras but already it's a preferred option when I visit London. The GA KingsX bar is simply amazing, great ambiance, good music, fabulous bar staff and high quality food - what more can you ask for? A deluxe room was selected for my previous stay as I required the additional space to work through the day. Although the room was more spacious than the classic I did not have a separate area with a couch as advertised therefore I had to work elsewhere which isn't always appropriate with the many calls I attend through the day.

The stay was a good one and I will likely return again when back in London for business. The bed was comfy, the hotel clean and the atmosphere in the bar was very good thanks to the live DJ. However I did find a few issues that have resulted in marking down somewhat. I booked a package including dinner and breakfast however this was not on the system when checking in. I arrived late on my first night and the last thing I really wanted to do was stand around for the best part of 30 mins waiting for this to be clarified. Given the standard of the hotel, I found it very unprofessional that the carpet cleaners had the main bar seating area closed during the late evening (10pm approx). Not only was this noisy but it also gave off a strong smell. I wouldn't expect this at a weather spoons, let alone somewhere like this.

The interior is lovely,l downstairs. The deluxe suite was big and we'll enough equipped. However I would expect a bit more for the RRP price. No biscuits or chocolate I'm the room, no welcome gift either. The luggage wasn't brought up for us either. I do believe to charge that kind of premium you need to really pull out all the stops. Breakfast was fantastic, good coffee. Great options, maybe. ABIT more gluten free awareness would be beneficial. The lady serving was fantastic though. Overall great stay at a great hotel. Very happy but definitely some room for improvement.

We were granted an upgrade for the room as I have a gold status on Accor and it was excellent indeed. Bar and breakfast staff and food was great. The only bad surprise we got was in the end when we were informed that the hotel does not accept cash for check-out. This should be told to guest during check-in as i have never been to an Accor hotel where cash is not accepted. I was not willing to use my credit card because of high taxes but had no choice.

Travelled with my wife and son for a 3 day trip to London. Very handy location for Kings Cross Station and the underground for getting around London. Was allowed to check in earlier which was nice with children. Really liked the breakfast (coffee was lovely). The bar and restaurant area was very nicely decorated. We all enjoyed the DJ music and chilling in the bar area in the evening after a busy day sightseeing. Would come back.

The service was good to being checked in by the reception staff who informed me my room was ready, as requested. The room had a great view and was very comfortable. However, the cleaning staff knocked on my door early in the morning when I had a late check out, but they apologised.

Spacious room, clean areas, clean room, rich breakfast, polite staff, nice decorations and refurbishment, good transport connections and location. The building would need external decoration, the concrete is bit worn out. If I can suggest, floor to ceiling windows would be better, maybe this should had been done when refurbishment took place some years back. Would definitely return to this place, had a marvellous overall stay.

Staff were friendly and most helpful. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Breakfasts were very good. Only minus was the the music which was loud and would not entice one to have an evening meal in your restaurant. It may appeal to some but not to everybody.

Very disappointed with our “deluxe’ room. For the price we expected a lot more. The standard of the room was poor. Plus there was no mini bar as described just an empty fridge. Pillows very poor quality , one bathrobe for a room for two people. The cocktails at the bar were very poorly made. We stayed three nights and only went for breakfast as it was cold . The only good thing about the hotel was the lovely staff they were superb. Friendly and very accommodating.

A lovely short break in this gorgeously, spotlessly clean and friendly hotel. Perfect stopover for St Pancras and a good leg-stretching walk into Covent Garden, Soho and Oxford Street if you prefer to walk instead of taking the Tube. Great location if you want a hotel near Kings Cross. Very friendly and helpful staff. Accommodated our room preference so great views over London. Very quiet and comfortable room. 2 of 3 lifts out of order during our stay which didn’t bother us too much but annoyed other guests.

Really great time. Difficulty booking dinner for our arrival but heroic efforts by Sandra, who really did go above and beyond, sorted it. One of our rooms needed a little sprucing up but that’s an observation not a criticism.

We returned to this hotel 26.11.2021 for a weekend stay as we have done several times a year for the past 10 years. The fact that we return so often needs no words, always a clean hotel, amazing breakfast and efficient staff that welcome you as a regular customer. Never have I had a negative comment about this hotel except this weekend. Saturday night we decided to eat at the hotel, food is always good and the restaurant always obliging. I am coeliac and the food option on the menu not that great with an intolerance but in the past I have requested a meal and the kitchen obliged. Not this time, I feel I need to comment that restaurants should in this day and age be able to accommodate coeliac etc as they do Vegan/vegetarian after all coeliac is not a life style choice. I need to say I did get my request in the end thanks to Andrea in the restaurant challenging the kitchen. Please can we get more options than salad on the menu to cater for GF

Excellent location for Kings Cross, St Pancras and Euston. Close to the British Library. Good range for breakfast, particularly enjoyed the sausages and croissants. Access to the underground is easy and from Kings Cross just about anywhere on the network is easily reached.

Superb location, very helpful, professional and friendly staff. Hotel and bar / restaurant were excellent and the breakfast choice was really good. Room was a little basic but I think this was more down to changes following covid. Would certainly stay again and recommend.
