Friendly staff, good barman, bar prices high(spirits).

I reserved this Hotel from for 3 days but i couldn't have my trip because of covid. I was forced to delete my reservation and asked to staff for try to help me to not apply any penality. Not only did they apply the full penalty to me but they didn't even refund me the remaining part to which I was entitled for conditions.
I am very sorry that you disagree with our booking practices, which apply to the entire business hotel industry worldwide. However, please allow me to point out that you had booked a "non-cancelable" rate, which is cheaper than a cancelable rate. We had not booked any catering (and the restaurant/bar were closed), we were offered complimentary drinks, for the four of us and some snacks. I received an upgrade as a Gold member even though we had booked an attractive double room - family package!

In the city centre, close to everything

The hotel is close to everything, and have a private underground parking, which is very nice as all the public parking (close by) seems full. But the hotel itself is a bit out-of-date, need some renovation for a 4 stars hotel. On the other hand, it explained the relatively lower price compared with other 4 stars hotels.

Well located hotel with big spacious rooms, but very old infrastructure.. fridge and safety box in the room don’t work and are out of order, also the card to enter the hotel and room is not working properly, and the hotel was packed and not enough people working on the desk and we had to wait for long go ask for something.. very disappointing to be honest..
