WE booked a superior room with 2 single beds and on arrival we were offerd a standard room with a double bed. Following our disappointment we were offered a rookm in the older part of the hotel. Safe could not be used and after reporting the issue we were told it will be fixed. Nothing happened.

I am sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations; please allow me to express my sincerest apologies. At Pullman, we strive to provide a superior service experience for every customer; therefore your feedback is very important to us. However concerning the room, I do need to clarify the following. The reservation was originally for a Superior twin bedded room, the same room you ended up staying in (355). However the team provided you with a complimentary upgrade to a Deluxe Queen room (710) not realizing at that time you needed a room with two beds. When this became clear there was no other room available than the room you originally booked as all the Deluxe twins were already reserved prior to your check-in. We understand your disappointment, but it was however done with the best of intentions. If a Deluxe Twin would have been available they would definitely have accommodated you with this room. Concerning the safe, obviously this is a definite shortcoming from our side and this will be discussed with the staff members in question. Unfortunately we did not receive an email concerning a lost phone. Did you send it to H5… or either H5…? May I perhaps ask you to reply this email with a description of the phone, unfortunately no phone was reported as found in the last few weeks but in case something does turn up it would be good to have these details on file. We had a nice weekend in a good hotel. Everything worked out great. The staff is very courteous and always helpful. The room was well furnished and functional. The breakfast was also good. The hotel is very centrally located. The parking fees are quite expensive.

The hotel is simply fabulous. Great location, the staff is super friendly, everything is very clean. The only negative thing was the breakfast...bacon was burnt, sausages were not good, muffins and other breakfasts rolls were really bad...the only good things were the fruits and the yoghurt.

First of all thanks for the welcome gifts and your friendly, professional reception. I like your hotel and is my favorite one when I come to Eindhoven. I’m sorry to say that there is one area in your house I totally can not deal with. Although I announced a day before (Wednesday 03.11.21) I do not want any housekeeping except refilling shampoo and shower gel, and just change the towel which are on the floor, I found my room was made. Not bad on the first view. But very bad if you recognize the details. I desinfected my room myself and do not want anyone touch especially my personal stuff. My bed was made I didn’t want. My toothbrush was moved, means some touched it, what is disgusting. Other personal bathroom stuff was moved too. Not bad enough I found from mine different colored head AND body hair in my room which was not there in the morning when I left the room! Not one or two, but several ones. On the floor, on the table, on the toilet. Means the swipe which was used in my room was used before in other rooms. This is a total no go!!!! And this is not enough. The coffee spoon I used in the morning was also just swiped!!! When I washed it, it was clear as it should be. I had the same situation before with a glas which was not changed but just swiped, in your hotel too years ago. I don’t want any voucher. I don’t want any discount. I will just in future never use your housekeeping again! I bring my towels and my shower gel,shampoo, etc. But I want you to know why, because your current and clearly said disgusting housekeeping is not fitting to the high standards in the rest of the hotel. It is really weird to find your room more unhygienic than it was before covered under the meaning of “cleaning”. Hope this topic will find more attention and control in the future. Check out was horrible, it was not possible to get the correct invoices even though I updated the billing address upfront via email. First Copenhagen was in Germany, the next try it was Berlin in Denmark and finally the right address but only an invoice copy. After half an hour I gave up.

The hotel is centrally located, with comfortable rooms and modern decor. The restaurant remains closed which was a real disappointment for me when I arrived late and couldn’t even get a small meal.

The very warm welcome we have experienced contributes a lot tothe rating I gave for this stay. We arrived a day before my birthday and when we entered the room a big surprise was there. On the mirror in the room there was a personal message with the congratulations for my birthday written. The room was super convenient and spacious. The staff was very kind and the breakfast was delicious!

The room was super spacious, spotlessly clean, the bed very comfortable. The spa is also quite nice, make sure you book a time slot in advance during corona times. The staff was very accommodating when I asked if I could get the room 1 hour before the check in, and when I got to the hotel it was ready already.

It was great to experience the attention of the Pullman employees. I cannot remember that I ever received a better service. Even though I am a regular guest it is far more than one can expect. The room was great. The breakfeast was limited due to the Covid situation, but still good.

It is not the first time we stay at this hotel and do enjoy it. It is perfectly located, offers a nice service and is really a good deal. Just one remark... The AirCo of the room 414 was't much effective, maybe needed some maintenance. Since we also occupied the room 412 it was easy to compare. But I know this will be looked at... Manu.

We had an overnight stay here on our way back to Berlin. The staff were so friendly and it is a very nice hotel in the centre of the city. We had two connecting rooms (as they don't have large family rooms) and that worked out very well. Unfortunately the air conditioning in one room wasn't working though. We did enjoy the light art work behind the beds. There is a small but very nice swimming pool so the kids were happy. My only slight complaint was that the breakfast wasn't great and at €19 for each adult it didn't really seem worth it. I understand that Covid is restricting buffets etc but the quality of food wasn't very good. But overall I would definitely stay here again.

No matter you're going out to Eindhoven for some shopping, just a walk or some Casino games ... This hotel is just few mins away from many attractions and places. Walking distance from nice living & dining streets.
