The 179 modern rooms at our 4-star Mercure Eschborn Helfmann Park have AC, Wi-Fi and DSL. Many of the standard and privilege rooms have skyline views. One child up to 16 years of age stays for free in In your room. For your stay with family we recommend our spacious family rooms with two separate sleeping areas and connecting door. For a four star hotel, the facilities were not up to the mark. The bathroom in my room was not as clean as one would expect. The toilet seat had marks on it and the shower cubicle was also not at its cleanest best. There wasn't even a bottle of water in the room on arrival. The bed & mattress were comfortable. The breakfast spread was average. The location is about 8 minutes walking from Eschborn Süd S bahn station. There is a shuttle service every half an hour or so (it is not the hotel's shuttle service) that takes you from/to the S bahn station to/from the area where the hotel is. Overall, my stay was is underwhelming.

Very worn-out & disgusting feeling furnishing

The hotel needs immediate renovation. Bathrooms are disgusting and seeing marks from so many feet under the showers is just terrible - this hotel surely doesn't deserve 4 stars. Carpets are super dirty and everything feels sticky. Would ask everyone to avoid the hotel at all cost.

I turned off the air conditioning, but the room got so hot at night that I couldn't sleep. Had to open the window, but it was too loud. Result: I couldn't sleep at all that night

The hotel has provided basic need for the guest. But for the price we pay, it is not enough or too expensive for the basic facility. No safety Box that the guest can securely store their stuff, in case the guest has to go out and leave a valuable things in the room.

It was a good stay. Room looked bigger in pictures. Breakfast coukd have been better with more variety for fish and vegetarian.
