Not a hotel but a bed and breakfast

Despite advertised on the website there was no restaurant service. The drinks voucher I got from the reception could not be used because the bar was open only on a couple of days. As stated in the title of this review this is not a hotel but a rather expensive bed and breakfast.

Your reception and your hotel was unreachable from 7 PM until after 9:30 AM the next morning. All phone calls were forwarded to the central reservation centre which was unable to find the reservations and help me with it. The carpet was unbelievably dirty - definitely not 4-star. I really like your hotel, but this time I was extremely disappointed.

The bathroom was flooded by a blockage in the shower drain. The reception staff were very helpful and found another room for us.

New renovation since many years; online check in useless; poor c. orientation

Disappointed C. Business - Confirmed reviews ALL

Stayed in the hotel for the first time since and was shocked to see that rooms had not been renovated since I first stayed there in 2014. Same (small) TV sets, same old carpets (me wish for a room with hardwood floor was not fulfilled). Online check-in was more or less useless. I provided my billing address, which upon check in could not be found. So, I provided a business card with company name and address, but on the invoice, my company name was replaced by another with out any reason. Which meant I had to go to the front desk, which led to the next disappointment: three people at the front desk. One taking care of customers and two others, apparently the manager on duty and a colleague, were busy on the computer despite a queue of 4-5 customers. After waiting for 5 minutes, I approached the manager on duty and asked for support, which he reluctantly did. Outcome: I have cancelled my stay for next week and will NEVER stay in this hotel again.
