First of all, I want to thank the receptionist at the hotel because it was the best check-in I have experienced in the Accor Hotels chain. A great start to the stay! The hotel is undergoing a much needed renovation. The rooms are decorated in style just as one would expect in a Pullman. The steam and jacuzzi in the spa is currently not working. These facilities are undergoing renovation. Breakfast was fine, but it is in a really strange area. The location of the hotel outside the city is nice, there is a transport hub right next to the hotel, so accessibility by public transport is above standard.

The air conditioner was not working and I was sweating at night even with the window open.

My brother David Borden, ALL ACCOR # 30…365B4 made a one-night reservation for Sat, June 11, 2022 and you charged TWO times ($104 USD & $109 USD) and both time incorrectly, in addition to charging me a third time in the amount of $157.65 USD! What's going on here? Please call me at 01…3 to rectify this.
