Noisy place, smelling smoke, we never receive the invoice right away when checking out and needs to keep calling to get the documents.

Hotel is as good as every Ibis, but some issues found

Reception personnel was not trained to redeem Le Club points. Because of this my check-in took much longer than usual. Unfortunately this is common in several ibis I've stayed. A self, fast checkout was been offered in a box at reception. I've used it leaving my key there, but in the afternoon the hotel contacted me asking if I would return to the hotel because I had a bill to pay. Then they've explained that the fast checkout must be asked for at check-in. Clearer instructions should be provided about that.

the location is excelente, the ibis staff is also very good. Prices of meals are very fair, mainly the breakfast.the problem I had was a water leaking in the bathroom, and the room magnetic card was failing all days in the week.

Very good located in south of . Near roads that guide you to wine tour. Excepcional options of food. Near a shopping mall (for family). People are very kind and the hotel offers you more than just a hotel. Familiar ambient.

Under average room cleaninless. To much lost time on check-in even though I had already done online check-in. I had to wait for a long time for front desk to open the garage's gate. Asked for a room on the top floor, but didnt get it.

The hotel has a nice localization in the city making allow to easily to move around to the city. Although to be close to the mall it is not possible to go walking to there regarding the avenue. in this case, it must be use car! About the resources of available in the hotel is good enough for nice night sleep.

Very good hotel in a good localization, near shopings and easy access to roads. Unefortunatelly, the heat wasn't working, but the hotel clerk offerd us a extra heat appliance. The crew was very helpfull as always Ibis can offer.

Just missed scoring the ACCOR card at checkout. The clerk just forgot to remember. When I did the checkin, I remembered and told, but the receptionist said she would score only at checkout. But the service was very good.
