« The worst IBIS in Brazil »

Everytime I sleep there there's a problem, no water for shower, no internet and this last time the A/C didn't heat the air. It was cold.

Best hotel in Caxias do Sul. Parking on the sub level sometimes is not great but other than that this is one of the best IBIS I stayed.

« Satisfactory but with issues »

Frequent problems with the room key. Slow solution. Have to wait at the room door while staff tried to solve the issue and finally decided to move to another room. In other hand, the daily buffet service was a very good initiative.

It is a nice hotel, HOWEVER, two of the receptionists were not friendly. The floor on the hall smells like mold. Anyway, there are better hotels in RS for a better price.

« It used to be one of the best price/benefit in the region, but not anymore »

Last time I paid the same price of bluetree, so it's not the best price/benefit anymore, but still a good place to stay, but the rooms are small, ok for one night, but can't have the same prices of the big rooms hotels.

I asked for the hotel staff to prepare the room in a romantic setting because it was my girlfriends birthday but they didn't do anything at all and didn't even apologise for not doing anything. I expected more.
