Great location in city center on walking distance to all major attractions. Parking facilities are welcome in this coronavirus Era, and taking the metro can thus be prevented. The airco was the best ever had: cold, no direct air and not too dry. Shower was spacious and with warm water. The room itself was small, and had a good bed. Breakfast was OK: both continental and English with salad buffet. Juices were not good, coffee was OK.

I had a room ob 9th flooor after renovation and this was the most nice and trendy I visited with safe and brand new bathroo. In new style. Hotel next to luxury shopping mall in the centre not for travelers wirh car the best choice.

Nice clean room's. Staff were pleasant. The only complaint is when I booked and paid the booking said breakfast included but to be told at the hotel it wasn’t. So didn’t eat in the hotel as breakfast was very expensive €11.00

Paid extra for room with mini fridge but fridge didn’t work

Hotel is well located, clean and reasonably priced. I paid extra for a room with a mini fridge for convenience but fridge wasn’t working when I arrived. I phoned reception within 10 mins of arriving to the room to report the issue and was told if I had medication I could store it in the fridge at the bar, no offer of room change or maintenance to fix the fridge. THRe next morning I reported the issue to reception desk and maintenance was sent to look at it that morning but it still didn’t work. Since I was only staying 2 nights it didn’t work the whole time of my stay and on checkout I also mentioned the problem and although the person apologized I was offered no compensation for the inconvenience. This experience would impact my choice on future stays in ibis hotels.

A group of 8 of us had travelled to Prague, and found this hotel to be exceptionally clean, breakfast was good, bar staff friendly and staff on the front desks extremely helpful! The only drawback was the rooms were so hot, no air-conditioning until April - even with the windows open they remained very warm (shouldn't really complain would have been far worse if they were cold!!)

Everything was good except two things- The room was too much hot, no matter what we did- the air conditioning was off and the window was open. still, it was very hot. In adittion, two towels is not enough for two people. Women need two towels- one for the hair and one for body.. and should be one more small towel for the hands and face.

Orange Juice and Multivitamin Juice at breakfast very chemical taste, could be very, very better!!!!! Bread not fresh. So breakfast could be better. Many years there was a Computer/PC for the guests in the Lobby - now it´s gone. I miss it!!!!!!!! So please put it back.

Reasonably priced with parking

Arrived by car and drove straight down into the very narrow parking garage. Nice to have, but 600 CZK is a stiff prize to pay for 24 hours of parking. Slow check-in, where already provided information through the booking process, had to be filled in again. Close to public transport and shopping, around 15 to 20 minutes walk to Charles Bridge. Nice rooms, comfortable beds, and a good size bathroom. Like the environmental focus thought with focus on less on time use products and fewer towels. Our visit was in march, so airconditioning was turned off. Heat was through the roof, so we were sleeping with the window open all night. Very smooth checkout!

I really liked the hotel, stylish lounge, hearty breakfasts, friendly staff, musical instruments in the lobby. From the unpleasant: the windows of the room overlooked the courtyard on the road to the parking lot and a very narrow descent to the parking lot.

The hotel location was good, near to Palladium shopping center and with walking distance to the Old Town. I felt comfortable. I got a really nice room, bed, bath (shower), tv, wifi, all well. Good cleaning. The bar was good. Nice staff. I like the loyalty ALL card.

Very nice location in the old city , we had a good stay, one remark is that people , especially the youngsters were too noisy during the night, although with notification to the reception, nothing changed

Central, clean and convenient stay in Prague

We stayed for seven night and as aspected the hotel was close to all the major sights. Only three times we had to use public transport. Clean and good rooms, good breakfast buffet, although some of the hot dishes tended to be lukewarm. Only minus was a group of 50+ school teenager who hadn't been tought by their parents to behave properly and take consideration to others guests at night.

We had a good seven day stay at Ibis Prague Old Town, which is situated right in the heart of the old part of the town. Only two times did we use the tram to get to the attractions that we wanted to see, because everything else was within walking distance. Clean rooms and good service from the staff. Only minus was group of 50 or so teenagers who apparantly hadn't been taught properly by their parents about how to behave properly when staying in a hotel with other people, especially at night. But that's not the hotel's fault.

Hotel is in a good location near to shops, restaurants and transport. It's only a 10-15 min walk to the Old Town Sq. Staff were efficient, friendly and helpful. Room was perfect with a comfortable bed/pillows & a big shower in the bathroom. I liked the blackout blinds too. My room on the 6th floor looked out onto rooftops towards the river and was very quiet at night, even though I kept the window ajar. Breakfast was great & there was lots of choice. I really enjoyed my stay here. My only issue was that my room was a bit too warm, so I kept the window ajar, & it would have been nice to have tea/coffee facilities in the room (but I think you can book rooms with tea/coffee facilities). I would stay here again.

Rowdy bar

Not very good. The bar was taken over by a group of school children and their teachers. They were loud and none of the staff made any attempt to calm it down. They even put football on for them even though none of them bought drinks. Bathroom smelt like urine

I stay in Prague every February for a conference there and I have been staying in Ibis Praha Old Town for the past four years or so. I was happy to see that the hotel is well frequented, more so than the previous years. Perhaps the one drawback is that there were a lot of very loud young people in the lobby, which made it hard to have a drink at the bar.
