+The room is big +all the staff are friendly +The location is superb +The covid safety protocol -the room needs more lighting and a little bit renovation. Its quite old. -first night get room with very low water pressure but 2nd night was good -no attendant at the pool. No pool towel provided.

Regarding no pool attendant and no pool towel provided based upon our management decision due to pool and gym center have not fully opened due to pandemic situation. Guests are suggested to bring their own towel and sports equipment to minimize or prevent virus trransmission. This regulations have been written at our pool regulation displayed at our pool area and reception desk. Location is great however parking space is very limited and street around the hotel is very narrow hard for car to turn

Service is good. The room was renovated but the bath room is still very old. The water flow is very slow/small. The parking is not enough for guests.

We were so happy that this hotel really met our needs. Eventhough we required room with connecting doors but it was full that time. Then they prepared other rooms but still in the same floor. However, i think room 722 floor needs to be changed since it has sound when we stepped on it. The staffs are helpful and rooms are soundproof. That was great!
