Anyway, I think that this is one of the nicest hotels, I have ever seen and where I have stayed. One of the best features of this hotel is that it makes sure that all of its guests have plenty of space around them so that they never feel congested. Another remarkable aspect of this hotel is that every element in it, including the art pieces, decoration and design, feels like they all are the functional parts of the overall design of this luxury retreat.

Situated in the center of Semarang, this hotel is very strategic to reach some destinations in the city (mostly, culinary :)) The warm reception from the staffs, easy check-in and good, clean room. Minor mention about the closet and bath tub (a bit deteriorated). Breakfast were okay, although not special. Experience a bit unpleasant response by frontliner during check out process but it was well recovered by the Duty Manager. As AccorPlus member, I entitled for late check out; however this was not recognised appropriately. It was then resolved with the involvement of the Duty Manager (sorry forgot your name, pak). Appreciated that.

The hotel is nice, located across Paragon Mall. The staff are kind and helpful. Actually I like the room but the hotel equipment such as pillows, bathroom curtains etc are too old, need to be replaced.

Not a pleasant stay. Hotel smells like an ashtray. Bathroom requires an immediate upgrade. Bed is very comfortable. Is a good location to eat food outside the hotel.

6 times calling front desk to have my other room key delivered 4 times asking the housekeeping to clean up my room waited for 45 mins to get my food from the room service and they gave it to the wrong room. and i have to wait again.

near the mall and location is good, but the road of hotel had a traffic jam. The food is typically Indonesian style.

Everything is good, except for the basement elevator which didn't operate during our stay, Lifting goods from the parking lot to the lobby floor is very tiring, because the goods have already been unloaded from the car.

Best location, near shopping center, best hospitality, very helpful and great staff, breakfast was good, wifi connection was good and there’s a charging port for your electric car at the basement carpark which is great.

The time during the pandemic should be used to upgrade the condition of the rooms. Furthermore, the supervisors should be instructed to train the stall probably and not sitting in the smoking area waiting that the working time is over for them. The service team during breakfast is very friendly and trying the best they can to fulfill the customers expectation - this excludes the Manager for this team who was never seen during our last four stays which was close to 4 weeks.

We got surprise cake in our room, really didn't expect it at all. The hotel area vibes quite busy but still manageable. The health protocol and hygiene is well maintained. The location also perfect in the heart of Semarang. The food option during breakfast time getting better compared to months before, still in pandemic times. Rooms quite old but clean. I just have good recognition for this hotel and definitely will come back soon, hopefully in a better time.
