Rooms were disappointing. Aircon did not work well, had to set aircon at 29oC to get warmth. Breakfast offer was poor in range and quality. Staff had language problems but were pleasant in trying. Room rate was too high for room quality offered. Would not recommend this property to friends.

Stayed 7 nights including breakfast 5/5 to 12/5/2022. I have to say overall I was disappointed and in my view this is a very tired, ageing hotel in need of refurbishment. Perhaps my expectations were too high, but annoying things such as just 3 coat hangers in the wardrobe, poor quality pillows, 3 star amenities and furnishings at best, were difficult to overlook. The daily breakfast was adequate but very bland and unappetising. The automated coffee machine frustrating and very poor quality - particularly a problem given that there is no proper coffee shop in the immediate locale as an option. On the positive side, reception staff were very friendly and genuinely helpful and check in and check out were excellent experiences. Also no complaints about the cleaning team, who were efficient and effective given the ageing room amenities. Trust this is useful feedback.

It's our regular hotel, we always stay here, the only thing we don't like is the breakfast, always cold and yuk. So we don't bother.
