Very small rooms and poor breakfast

I was really surprised how small the room was! It my disappointed was completed when I realized that due to Coronavirus breakfast had been severely restricted, very few fruits, very cheap yoghurt... etc.

The building seems really old, the room is really oldfashion, not cozy at all. I had to travel during pandemic period, but could not see many security measures in place. We paid for the breakfast, it was terrible. The food was not good a at all. Staff was nice. I would never return to this hotel.

I had a good time, just one thing: I understand the necessity to make people feel safe and making travelling Safe again during this pandemic. I hate to see the amout of waste produced though. Pretty much everything is now wrapped in plastic, towels, food, even the bread we ordered for breakfast. I think all this does is harm the Environment and I really hope this will end soon.

Good location nice staff but old building

The hotel was in an optimal location few meters fo the beach walk of Santos. The building is already a bit old. But the staff is nice and friendly.

The first and second room I was given, they both smelled strongly like insecticide and there was some problems with the shower water, which was extremely hot, making it impossible to take a bath! In the bathroom there was an open pipe behind the toilet that smelled bad and they tried to hide it with toilet paper. I order food at night and I called the reception to let them know I was waiting for food and when the food finally came, they could not reach me because the phone in my room was not working... it did not ring at all, so the delivery guy left!!!! They also accept no euros neither dollars at the hotel! I left one day earlier than the planned, because I was really upset with my staying at Ibis!

We like the Ibis Hotel, clean and the staff very good, don't had problem in the last week, when we stay in that hotel, the breakfast, but the wine menu is very, very poor. Maybe including 3 or 4 different labels coming from other countries, as it exists in ibis congonhas improve.
