Nice clear hotel and very friendly staff. Rooms have an acceptable size and a nice view. The only issue i had was that bad internet made it very difficult to work from the hotel.

Racist and bad stuff. Even they can say if you want you can go another hotel. Unproffesional and unethical people.

Very clean, quiet, and spacious enough room. The only downside is that internet was not very good and the smart TV was not working as smart. Most of the time I had to rely on 4G to access internet. The staff new it but it was not how it was sold on your website.

The breakfast deal that i paid, i couldnt get it bc i was 30 mins late. Also, we had to describe in a piece of paper the night before what we wanted to eat, and then somehow turn that in to the hotel, which was never explained to us on how to do it. Kind of a "clusterf......" Also we had no idea where the movie channels were, and actually i think there were near none! Like one or two. So pretty pathetic for a hotel!

Booking for a couple to spend a day together. Excellent location, opposite the Morumbi shopping mall. The shower is relaxing and the bed is extremely comfortable. I couldn't stay for breakfast. But my Boyfriend said it was delicious and made with love.

Nice choice for a quick stopover. Very good bed indeed. Quiet location. Nice breakfast! We had a friends party nearby and the hotel was a natural choice to rest after a celebration. It is not a "classy" hotel, but it is OK.

Please please bring new towels... this is urgent... you keep asking, so I keep saying: this facility is super convenient, well localized, good breakfast, the bar is fair, the employees are nice... the bed is ok, pillows not so much ok, BUT THE TOWELS!!! OH MY GOD.... That is ridiculous...

The hotel is very good. The bedroom was clean and quiet. it has a beautiful view of an avenue and the Morumbi shopping, that is in front of the hotel. Excellent location to go to USA Consulate. The hotel has a delicious breakfast with a fair price. I've love it.

Its good room and good rate One thing was not good is that the bathroom's door didn't lose.the breakfast is great, but the price is a little be high. The reception is great. The valet parking is so crowd, so we have to wait the car for 20 minutes.

It was great! Fantastic location near Morumbi Shopping. Very convenient and the people working there are extremely polite and attentive to details. Breakfast was good, with plenty of food and fruits and very convenient for the price. In the area it is difficult to have a good breakfast near by.

Hotel is very close to everything, subway station, shopping Center etc. I recommend, my favorite thing was the hotel is very close to the American Consulate. The hotel staff very helpful and polite.it was very nice experience.

The service was below expectations, we stayed for 7 days and the quality wasn't good at all. Two times the room was left without cleaning, without towels exchange, the bathroom was dirt and not enough towels for the family, moreover the quality of breakfast was below market average and price wise you do not get the balance quality x price. I would say this was the first time I didn't get adequate service level from IBIS / Accor Hotel chain.

Excellent location, friendly staff. Breakfast is simple and does not match with cost. Unfortunately my room was not cleaned during the day. Same happened to other rooms in the same floor. Some queue during check-out in weekdays. Good to be prepared.

The hotel is very good, just one really bad point is the personal treatment during check in and check out, I've got a price with the breakfast together but when I got there everyone doesn't have it on the system and wants to charge me again. And every time I had to prove that was payed already. That's really boring situation.
