nice hotel situated in the middle of the Bristol Centre. All the shops and restaurant are walking distance. We parked the car at the main car park at reduced rate.

The hotel was in a perfect location for my visit purpose. The hotel check in was very fast and easy. The breakfast was varied, plentiful and delicious. The beds and pillows were comfortable. There was only one negative and that was the noise within the hotel: the walls, floors and ceilings have no soundproofing and I was disturbed throughout the night by other guests moving around and therefore the sleep experience was poor. Also the internal bathroom doors have to be pushed and pulled quite noisily which is not a good experience when one of the room occupants used the bathroom during the night.

Ibis standards in a great location in Bristol's buzzing waterfront area. Welcoming and helpful staff. Clean, comfortable largish rooms. Great showers. Excellent breakfast choice but poor for evening meals.

Well located but not happy with the hygiene in room

Me and my nephew booked a twin room to stay on 5th March. Upon arriving we were checked in fast. Very happy about this. When we went to our room whilst we were getting ready we both noticed a dirty toenail on the floor by the tv. I took a photo of this and reported it to a man at the reception area who took my phone and came back with a card with 2 free drinks. We had our drinks and went out to a concert with our friend. Now whilst at the time I was happy with having a free drink offered to us when we left the hotel our room had not been checked and the toenail was still present. On reflection, thinking about this as the coronavirus is currently now going around the uk I am pretty disgusted in the fact it wasn’t removed from our room. Health and safety should be the first priority whilst this is going around and I’m really not happy that I wasn’t immediately offered a refund. Therefore I would not recommend this hotel

It was a very pleasant experience, we had all we needed and for a very reasonable price. The only downside might be that the toilet smelled a bit like pee and we had to always close the door so that the smell wouldn't come into the room.

Room was very basic asked to be moved because the first room was so small no room to move in. No hand towel and hand wash gel was empty not very good with the COVID19 virus...... Bed very small sheets not as nice as other hotels just basic for £118 only nice thing was bar and breakfast

Check in experience was quick and room was good. When leaving no-one was around and I could not get a copy of the bill. I have emailed a request to try and get a copy of the invoice/bill but no-one has responded. As such, I shall not be staying again as I cannot get a receipt for the stay for business expense purposes.

mostly staff on the whole were polite and friendly rooms keys never worked and we spent so much time back and forth to reception. at one stage called down for assistance and was waiting outside room for nearly an hour
