everything went fine , the unique option i can raise is the cleaning of the room ; for all the three Days, I noticed that same dusty on the floor , it's symptom that a part the bed accommodation nothing else have been done in the room . about the bathroom , the WC is not so well presenting with yellow sign inside .

Staff were great, room clean and very helpful staff. We were there 3 nights, quiet place and nice view from New Year’s Eve fire work as well. I will definitely recommend friends to choose this hotel, price was very reasonable as well.

Good for overnight stay close to Roma airport

As long-term customer for Ibis, I found this hotel convenient for a quick overnight stay close to Rome airport. However, the hotel mildly fell short of my expectations from Ibis. Online check-in required nearly twice the amount to be reserved on credit card than the room price. The room was mostly OK except for a few sanitary issues: used towel found in the bathroom. Also the TV did not work. For a one night stay these were minor inconveniences and we did not have time to report them. Would recommend for travellers needs to spend some time between flights at Roma Fiumicino.

I stayed for one night before my long flight home the next day. The hotel is close to the airport about 11mins drive and I found the room to be fresh and clean especially with timber floor boards which makes the room refreshing. The bed was very comfortable and I was pretty impressed being an Ibis Hotel that the quality of service was very good. The staff were friendly and I was happy with my stay. The breakfast was fine and it a small section which was enough to kick start my day. The restaurant was nice and the food was good. The Wifi was brilliant, I only say this as most other Accor hotels that I stayed in, when I was in Rome had terrible Wifi coverage, but this Ibis had great coverage and I was very happy with this. Overall, this Ibis Roma Fiera is perfect for a short stay and has great service.

Rude and unprofessional staff. Comunication was 0 (zero). There was no effort to satisfy the guest. We jus would like to change our room to smoking room, firstly they said no and than due to I am hotelier I just check them with one simple sentence which was “ We did not use the room we just checked in” and than they told me “aaa its ok we can change your room” This conversation is very very irritated. The staf always talking in their local language while you are talking with them, Is this fair ? You do not have any idea what they are talking. One other thing is there should be a stamdard in all accors but in this hotel they are carrying out nothing as standard.

Reception staff extremely helpful, friendly and cheerful. Rooms comfortable, spacious and clean. Dinner in the restaurant good with helpful and friendly waiting staff. Shuttle service to and from the airport on time and reliable. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

A night near the airport.

The hotel is close to the airport with a shuttle bus provided to and from the hotel at 5Euro each way. The rooms are basic with no tea/coffee facility, refrigerator or glass for wine or water - a cardboard cup is provided. Breakfast is good and the restaurant provides a basic menu for dinner along with a pleasant bar. A shuttle is also available to go into central Rome a good half hour away outside rush hour.

Though one may find the location of the hotel not very convinient as it's located near the city's border, but it's really comfortable, the team is great and very helpful and the price is mostly affordable. It wasn't the first time I stayed here, and I hope not the last. Note that the best way (if not by car) to come here is to the railway station Muratella and then 3 stops by bus number 128.

Understanding our interests, he recommended us number of places to visit. I usually stay at 4 and 5 star hotels and even there I haven't received such service. Not as expected

The hotel can improve a lot. When we arrived we were offered a shuttle from the hotel to one metro station which costs £5 each person. The recepcionist said it will arrive at 11:20 am. The truth is the driver arrives whenever he finishes picking up other guests + traffic. We can absolutely understand that these delays the service but no one warned us and we were expecting a punctual service. However, what really bothered us was the rude attitude of the woman at the front desk once we asked what happened with the shuttle since it was 11:40 am and it wasn't there. Even the Front Office Manager arrived, passed next to us, asked the recepcionist what the problem was, rolled her eyes as if it was ridiculous to ask for punctuality or as if they have had this problem before (not sure), entered her office and close the door without even looking at me. After this I asked the recepcionist if I could speak with the front office team leader or manager that arrived and the answer was: "you have to wait cause she just arrived, so she needs to sit in her office, print some documents, get ready to work and then she can talk to you". So, it was clear that the guest is the last in the list. I informed the situation to some staff members that night who listened but at the end said: please tell all this to the manager tomorrow cause we can't do anything about it. The next day the recepcionist tried to clarify the matter with me saying her rudeness was a misunderstanding. I am sure she was rude and her boss made her apologize. Anyway we got 1 shuttle as a courtesy but the next day it kept coming late. Rooms could have more light and breakfast could be so so much better. Also we were not really sure if the area were the hotel is located is really safe or not. If it is not, I think the hotel should make some suggestions to the guests in order to be safe. The only aspect I absolutely highlight from this hotel is Danielle who was the recepcionist the night we arrive and then he was working at the bar. He was very nice and makes the best cappuccinos. He treated us with the hospitality we expected from all the staff members but did not receive from anyone else.

Simple inexpensive hotel

The rooms were very clean. It has fairly basic furniture, more like a dorm. Very adequate if you are looking at something inexpensive and clean. We would have liked a fridge, a table and a safe in the room. The breakfast buffet was fairly basic selection. Basically pre-packaged food. Food was a bit too open for us as there were flies in the food area and landed on the food. We would have liked more a better transfer schedule to Rome.
