Extremely easy check in and ample space in front of the hotel for the car to unload. Very centrally located with the old city center a 15 minute walk through some very traditional neighborhoods. We loved the room layout and how well it was appointed. We enjoyed the bar area for a final night cap before going to bed. We only had a coffee in the morning, but the breakfast looked great. Also, very convenient to the airport in the morning. Thanks for a great stay.

When arriving in your hotel, after unloading our luggage, at the reception they told us to have no room available for us. They reserved a room at Hilton and we really appreciated the hotel, but instead of informing us by phone or mail that no place was available, you let us arriving at your hotel. I suppose you know much better the hectic traffic in Naples, it took us another 1/hh to arrive at our destination.

When I was having a delightful lunch in Naples, I received an email from the hotel that said my room was ready. Wanting to get rid of my bags and continue touring the city, I finished quickly and got a taxi to the hotel. When I got there, there seemed to be a lot of confusion at the desk. Although it was manned by 3 people, only one could make any decisions regarding the room. (Perhaps they were in training?) I was told that the room was not ready and that the official time for check in was 2. This is really unacceptable! I would have stayed eating my lunch. I know it is Covid time, so I understand that many of the facilities are not available. After check-in, I explored the city. When I returned, I was impressed by a delightful bartender in the bar. I explained that I needed something to hold me over, some snack. He was great in speaking with the chef in the kitchen and being able to provide me with some delicious vegetable fries. After the not great experience at the front desk, the rest of the evening and the check out went smoothly. The servers at breakfast were attentive and pleasant. I'd return as the front desk that night recommended a delightful restaurant in the neighborhood. The neighborhood is delightful and interesting. Very much Naples!

Service was not at the expected level. We were 4 on the room but only 2 or 3 towels in the bathroom depending on day 1, 2 or 3...sofa bed horrible, our kids had to sleep in our king size bed. Noise of the subway until late in the evening. Value for money not there ..

We and the entire team are deeply committed to make every experience beyond expectations and we pay extra attention to the quality of our service. Our service usually provides a set of towels for each guest staying in the room and our housekeeping manager is always at your disposal for extra towels service. We regret if we did not succeed in offering you such service. The subway is located at around 20 mt depth and is usually not perceived by our guests nor our staff. The subway service stops at night at 11 pm, so no traffic during the night. Nevertheless, the stop of Piazza Cavour is at only 800 mt and allows you to go to many venues in Naples and to the pretty fisherman village of Pozzuoli. The place is not Accor standards ….. the palazzo is nice but the room I was un was terrible, bed uncomfortable, air conditioning noisy, no view, small. Usually Accor hotels are much more convenient. Only thing to save the stay is may be the breakfast

Palazzo Caracciolo offers many room options: from comfortable superior rooms to deluxe rooms with terraces over the Cloister up to two floors junior suites and amazing suites with special ceilings from the 16th c. We regret if the room assigned to you was not up to your expectations and we would have been eager to change it with a new one according to your needs and preferences. We regret we did not have the chance to learn of your dissatisfaction while you were at the hotel. Nice suite in a historic building

The hotel is well located, it took 10 minutes to get there by taxi from the Molo Beverello and cost €8 and the next day it took 15 minutes to get to the airport and cost €22.50. I stayed in the Januario suite for one night and while it was nice with an original coffered ceiling, it felt a bit sparse and not that luxurious. There was a couch but no footrest. The hotel has 3 suites and 2 of them have that ceiling. There are also junior duplex suites which a staff member kindly took me to visit. There was a walk-in shower and also a bathtub. The bidet was so close to the wall that it was practically impossible to use. They had really nice slippers and decent individual toiletries. The bar and restaurant in one of the courtyards had metal furniture and didn't feel very cosy and wasn't that comfortable to spend the evening, I ended up going to sit on a more comfortable chair in the lobby for a while. Also, I got a glass of prosecco with my free drink voucher which was fine but it came with some really spicy hard dough snacks which I couldn't even eat. The porter took ages to get to my room when I was leaving so I had to take my suitcase halfway myself. The ladies on reception were friendly when I checked out, less so when I checked in. For the price and the upgrade as a Platinum Accor loyalty programme member, I would probably stay there again and maybe try a different suite but I left feeling slightly disappointed.

We went for the first time to Napoli. We booked the hotel just for three nights. The location of the hotel was easy to find from the central train station. And the hotel itself was magnificent. the staff was very friendly. The breakfast was very pleasant.

Our arrival was late at night (11.30 pm) but check in was very efficient and there was a bar next door open for us to relax after a long day travelling. The room was very comfortable with an excellent shower and a spacious balcony. breakfast was in a very impressive courtyard and was excellent with individual items delivered to our table. Hotel staff were very helpful and made our short stay very pleasant.

Great hotel, amazing room and perfect service Had a health issue and needed to see a doctor. Stefano was the man of the situation and managed to find a solution which didn't involve me going to a hospital / clinic (given current times, was clearly not ideal). It was a bed and bathroom in a sketchy part of town
