The opinion of our guests is fundamental for us in order to carry out the necessary corrective measures to provide the best stay experience in terms of professionalism and quality of services. Your evaluation reveals that we still have room for improvement, so our commitment is total. Palazzo Caracciolo is an evocative and elegant 16th-century residence, traces of which are evident in the three large areas of the hotel, including the monumental staircase, cloister and olive garden. Despite the recent renovation of the structure, it was crucial for us to preserve its historicity. We are extremely pleased to learn that you appreciated the central location of our Renaissance palace, a short walk from the historic centre, an area well served by public transport, making it an important junction for the main attractions of the city and its surroundings, such as in your case, the Amalfi Coast. Furthemore, we are even more delighted to learn that you appreciated the professionalism and friendliness of our staff, who are always ready to give our guests a warm welcome and offer them the information they need to fully explore the Neapolitan experience. At the same time, we regret that you were not able to fully enjoy your MGallery experience. Regarding the absence of in-room kettles, due to the Covid-19 health emergency, these facilities have been removed in order to safeguard the health of our guests. However, this can be requested upon explicit request to our staff. Our resources are dedicated with great enthusiasm to achieving the required standards. Therefore, you will understand that what you have described does not reflect us and we renew our apologies. Our Era Wellness Lounge - open from Tuesday to Saturday - warms the heart, relaxes the body and mind, a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere, ideal for restoring your wellbeing. The wellness itinerary includes a Turkish bath, sauna, hydromassage, emotional showers, and a relaxation area with longers. Dear Marie Christine, thank you for staying at Palazzo Caracciolo - MGallery and for sharing your opinion about it. Palazzo Caracciolo is the perfect match between its impressive history and Renaissance roots and the modernity of its meticulous renovation. Despite the recent renovation work, it was crucial for us to preserve the historicity of the structure. traces of which can be found in the three large areas of the hotel, the monumental staircase, the Cloister and the olive garden. The Monumental Cloister, one of the areas of our hotel which clearly shows its 16th-century origins. It is no coincidence that it was where carriages of the city's nobility, princes and rulers, the Caracciolo family and even the King of Naples, Joachim Murat, were accommodated. We can deduce from your comment that our goal of preserving the glorious past of our palace has been successfully achieved. We thank you once again for your words, which make us proud and, at the same time, are a spur to improve our hospitality. We do hope to welcome you soon in Naples in what is now your Neapolitan home.
