No cleaning of my room a single time (I spent 3 nights at the hotel), no hot water, no battery in the TV remote control, breakfast not Covid safe (same serving spoons for all the guests), phone not working to call reception from guest room.

I really appreciate the size of the room, but for the rest a lot of things missing: - toilet brush, very terrible leave the toilet dirty and have no options to clean up it - moucheté floor carpet super dirty - breakfast very poor

Very basic room. Couldn't get air conditioning to reduce temperature. Even at lowest setting it was still blowing hot air. Only window in room locked shut so room was too hot all the time. Not even a hair dryer supplied. Very poor compared to a cheaper Ibis room. Breakfast was very good.

well located but not clean and poor spoken english from staff

I stayed for 17 days during a business trip in February. The location of the hotel was great for me as well as availability of parking garage. However most of the staff even at the reception had issues to understand english and I received different answers from different people regarding room extension, laundry etc. The cleaning team wasn't really cleaning well - they haven't vacuumed the floor even once during my almost 3 week stay. In general cleanliness was a low point. Another one was temperature. Room was too hot most of the time and AC didn't work - any setting was blowing just more hot air. Windows unopenable.

Noisy, hot, bar staff unprofessional. Room thermostats do not work many complaints received with no response to improve situation. Stayed for 3 days 2 nights. Shower pressure very weak and lifts temperamental. One towel for 2 people?! Beds not made. The hotel should be closed - not even close to a normal Novotel experience. Never again.

Too hot a/c not working

Room was good, location good for sporting venue, breakfast very good. Facilities good. We had 1 issue- The air conditioning in the room would only supply hot air. The room was very hot (ie we were sweating). I raised this at reception but just got given a fan. This did not cool the room and it is not possible to open the window. Rather than go through the hassle of switching rooms ( we had lots of bags) we put up with the heat but this is not something we should have to do. We stayed in room 618.

Your staff is excellent and the food served was good. Our family has a total of three rooms and all of them were very very warm. Staff was helpless to fix the issue. We turned the thermostats as low as possible then off to no effect. We borrowed fans from the front desk which helped slightly but based on this, cannot recommend this property.

Hotel was a little further from the centre of Paris then we had imagined. Through no fault of the Hotel, travel was difficult due to the Rail Strike, it cost us a lot more as we had to use taxis. Our second room, my daughters was so hot as there was no way of cooling the room which made it difficult for the children to sleep, reception did supply a fan for the second night which was helpful The door keys were a bit erratic, I think we had about 6 or 7 keys during our stay as they seem to work only for a couple of times. Having said all this, we did have an enjoyable stay, and the children really enjoyed Disney World. We have no complaints, just observations that you may want to know about.

Stayed in this hotel with family to visit Paris. Unfortunately there was strike and most of public transport was closed during this time. However staff was very helpful to guide how to get our ways. We had good time despite this but of destruction

A good Novotel, a bit out of downtown but metro station is at 5 minutes walk, and tram brings you directly in front of Exhibition center in Porte de Versailles. Breakfast at good Novotel standard, clean rooms. The gym room is small, but it's there , in case you find nothing to do in Paris.

The receptionist was incompetent. Asked me to pay my bill despite thenfactbthat I had paid online already and upon my insistence, he check and then said yes u don't need to pay, without being apologetic. We check in late and there was no water in the room, the receptionist clearly said that he does not have any water to drink n can't do anything about it. No shampoo in the washroom. Double bed was actually 2 single beds placed close. We stayed a day before in Novotel near Orly airport and their was a massive difference between their staff/management/politness/hospitality, it's just that this hotel was near the main city competitively n we moved.

Service could have been better as we had no warm water in the shower, only something between cold and warm. We did ask for intervention both mornings and were told this would be solved, but each evening we noticed under the shower that nothing had been solved. We especially disliked the lack of commitment about this matter, we got no excuses. A technical problem can happen, but please solve the problems or inform customers when it is not yet solved.

This Novotel is reachable by car as well with own parking-house, direct at peripheric ring in Paris. Several restaurant near by.Breakfast was poor: bad coffee, baguette was out and I have to wait nearly 10mins, refill of differnt dishes needs to long time.My room was to warm at my arrival and there was no chance to cool it down for the night. Air-con could only heat, no chance to open the window.
