My family and I stayed one night before a flight to Tasmania. The package was excellent as it including breakfast, parking and airport shuttle transport. The reservation staff and front office staff were excellent. Everything was as described and offered great value for money.

So convenient close by the airport with affordable parking. The restaurant was excellent, the food and drinks good value for money and very tasty. Room size what you would expect for overnight stays near an airport. Would definitely stay there again.

Could not use restaurant for breakfast due CV19 so had to order room service. 2 very small poached eggs on a single slice of unbuttered bread and cup of OJ = $14 !! As an Accor member is was very disappointed

My stay was comfortable and it was very convenient for my early morning flight the next day. The shuttle arrived 20 minutes late as I don’t think they had booked me in for the correct time. The driver seemed unaware of my earlier pick up time. And the walls are very thin. I could hear the crying baby in the next room all night! However. The staff were lovely and the refurbishment (since I last stayed there many years ago) is tasteful and appealing.

Nicely renovated and rebadged hotel with all mod cons. Top restaurant with good service. Facilities restricted due to Covid 19 protocols. Excellent parking at very attractive prices. only downside was the mattress which was too much on the thin side causing a poor sleep for my wife.

A very convenient location with staff coming from interstate & quite central with people coming from all over Sydney. We did however have issues getting the TV to work to show the slide show for the presentation. Otherwise all went well Thank you

App previous stays have been great --this time day 1 ok and check in experience was fine. Day 2 not so good ---internet did not work , linen was not changed, paid for 2 cars with two days parking ---was given tickets for multiple access ---couldnt get out day 2 ---intercom didnt work ---had to run back upstairs 3 times before it was fixed

This hotel is the only one I stay at when I go to Sydney. Staff are always friendly and accommodating, rooms are clean and well set out. Close to shops, restaurants and Wolli Creek Train station.

Excellent staff; Concerns about cleanliness

The hotel staff were excellent. They were professional and friendly. This didn't allay my concerns about the cleanliness. I moved rooms due to the bathroom being dirty. I then moved to the next room and found the remote sticky which concerned me about the overall cleanliness of the second room. The hotel isn't a quarantine hotel but they do have the flight crews so there is some risk there. In times of COVID I would expect the cleaning to be 100% so this concerned me while I stayed there. The shuttle to the hotel is run by an external company who took over an hour to arrive despite three phone calls where they assured the hotel they were 5 minutes away. There was no traffic on the weekend so limited reason for a delay. This added some unnecessary stress in transfers to the hotel as I could have stayed in Sydney and only chose the hotel because of the quick transfer to and from the airport. The staff should be applauded though. They were excellent and dealt with my concerns promptly.

One of our favourite Hotels. Especially prior to travel given the easy access to the airport. On this occasion for us however, no travel, we had other business to attend in Sydney and didn’t want to be in the CBD. the Rowers club across the road is a bonus for the husband. Accommodation is comfortable. Staff are more than helpful. Restaurant, food is awesome. Look forward to better times for this Hotel

I have stayed at the Novotel Sydney Int Airport a number of times lately and the rates are great, customer service is really great and the rooms are lovely and comfortable. I get a little cheese plate and wine in my room and relax the evening away. Great parking rates and direct access to the foyer via a lift. I recommend this property.

Always a delight to stay here. Several visits a month it seems. Staff are always welcoming and helpful. I really appreciate the extra care and understanding for my needs as I meet my medical needs. It’s location suits us very well, it’s peaceful and comfortable. They do well under covid challenges and I look forward to a time when we can enjoy great buffet breakfasts. Parking is excellent also. I certainly recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay which offers great value and service.
