Featuring some of the most versatile event spaces in the Sydney Airport precinct, Novotel Sydney International Airport is ideally suited to hosting all types of events, from banquets and boardroom meetings, to cocktail functions, trade shows and trainingseminars. Accommodating 6 to 400 delegates, this impressive Sydney conference venue features 11 meeting rooms, nine of which were refurbished in June 2013. Each modern function room features natural light and state-of-the-art conferencing technology, withprojection equipment, video conferencing equipment and audio visual equipment available on request. The hotel's largest event space is the Grand Ballroom, catering for up to 400 guests in theatre style, and offering vehicle access via roller doors.

I often stay at your hotel as its conveniently located to the international terminal. I am on the road 365 days of the year and stay in Novotel's around the world. I would like to suggest that you install hand-held shower heads in your bathrooms which would bring your bathrooms into the 21st century and would bring them into line with other Novotel hotels worldwide. I am aware that the, old fashioned, fixed shower head is still a popular feature of hotels in Australia. I would also suggest a later closing time for your restaurant. I arrived at 9:05 pm and wanted something to eat but was told that the restaurant kitchen was already closed. This is an early close (10 pm closing is more standard). « Very disappointing-Worst Novotel Stay »

As accor members we have experienced many hotels in the chain, and we sadly have to say that our experience with you was the worst. The air conditioning in the room kept cutting out which meant we spend a lot of the night awake. It was very hot and very airless. We purchased a cheese board at the bar, as we have done at all Novotel's, It was dreadful! We took pictures it was so bad. We went back to the bar and showed them photo's of the cheese boards we regularly get at Novotel Brisbane so they could see why we were so disappointed. It was taken away and two things added. The board was still very unsatisfactory. We asked for some gluten free crackers, the board came out with only GF toast. No other crackers, regular or GF. Since when has toast been on a cheese board. Breakfast was ordered and the Yogurt and Granola arrived without the Granola! Very very disappointed. If we had not already paid, we would have asked to see the manager and asked that our room be free as it was such a bad experience.

I would like to commend the young lady for assisting me with putting the wifi into my telephone. I am too old to manage with that sort of thing. She was pleasant helpful and a credit to your staff. All your staff were however pleasant and helpful, but the young receptionist stood out. I did not like the poor level of lighting in the room. If I had wanted to read anything I would have needed to go to sit in the bathroom where the lighting was excellent.

Reception, amenities, room were all fine. The room service menu was very limited and the meal I had was very average. As I travel a lot for work the room service is important for me as I can stay in and continue working.

« I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. It was a great location for a work conference. »

All aspects of my stay were lovely. Nothing was a problem for the staff and my queries were dealt with effectively and efficiently. Ben's (in the restaurant) customer service was excellent throughout the couple of days I was there.

« Bit noisy during night - guests leaving »

Had to phone back next day after check out to get receipt emailed to me. Was not automatic. Went through 1800 no but they couldn’t help and asked me to make another separate call to the hotel directly. Hotel very slow to pick up phone so wasted quite a bit of time chasing this receipt up.

International transit from Europe to the Pacific, your hotel is conveniently located from the airport, is within the right precint, shopping centre and transportation to allow either a lie in or a quick trip to get essentials and be on our way to our home. I really liked your room service which allowed me to have a meal at 3am in the morning when I was hungry - its the little things that count, for me that was it. Thanking you, this is my 3rd stay and not my last.
