Dear Mrs W., Thank you for taking the time to tell us about your experience at the ibis Millau. I am sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations; please allow me to express my sincerest apologies. At Ibis, we strive to provide a superior service experience for every customer; therefore your feedback is very important to us. Please rest assured that we are taking the appropriate measures to address the problem and prevent future occurrence. But as explained in the General Conditions of Service of the website (article 4.3.4) which are recognized as accepted at the time of booking, the verification of your credit card on arrival corresponds to the blocking of the amount of your stay added to a guaranteed for extras in a flat rate of 50 euros per person per day, which corresponds well to the sum of 120 euros. This sum was released at the time of your departure in accordance with these same General Conditions of Service. It is unfortunate that your experience was so negative due to your lack of knowledge of the conditions applicable in all the hotels of the Accor group. We regret that this could have tarnished your stay to the point of only highlighting the negative, which is that the hotel is in no way responsible for your financial worries We appreciate your sharing your concerns, and it is our hope that you will give us the opportunity to better serve you in the near future.
