Booked through the Accor app but when I arrived they were unaware of my Accor Membership and also welcome drinks. Booked a double room but was given a twin. Normally I would expect to stay in one of the better room, but this time that was not the case.

Very good for local and regional transport.

Polite staff . Good breakfast . Watch out for the pub adding the tip on the food bill ( I like to tip good service and not for them to preempt that their service will meet my standards) Nice hot shower and clean bedding Don’t keep your door keycard next to your mobile phone as it might knock out the card from opening your door

Despite that we enjoyed the stay I think the key system is old and bad. Had to fix the key card 3 times. Also surprised that the Pub closed 22.45. Thats very early. We found at the room a neckless and a aiirPod on the floor. Think that the cleaning personnel should have found it and not us.

Sure, the hotel has seen its best days already, but I still thought it was quite worthy of my own needs. The location is pretty good for me, even though it's not quite downtown. I like to change hotels in London, but it is still likely that I will stay at the hotel again. Breakfast was just fine by the way, but I wonder when there are no vegetables, ham or cheese. Admittedly, the same was when staying at another hotel (Not Ibis) , so is this due to a covid or brexit? Overall for the price, i was happy :)

We have stayed here many times and decided to opt for superior rooms this time- what a disappointment. The rooms 1003 and 1004 hadn’t been refurbished and were at best “tired”. The pillows were very hard and offered little support. The breakfast was great value for money and the location is ideal for exploring London.

Staff good. Had my usual room. U need to make breakfast cheaper or even cheaper if booked day before. Especially for accor members. Bed gd slept gd. WiFi okay

We arrived early and were able to store our bags until check in. The females on reception were really friendly. When we came to check our again we were able to leave our luggage as our train wasn't tillage that evening. When we went to collect our luggage there was a bit of a queue for people checking in and one of our party asked a member of staff if someone could just open the luggage room for us. She was pointed to another member of staff who said he didn't have a key and looked disgusted that we'd even asked him. He huffed and puffed and was really quite rude although he did unlock the room for us. Other than this our stay was fine.

We are pleased you had an enjoyable stay and were able to take advantage of our baggage store, however, we are sorry that our service fell short of the standards you expected. Rooms are tired and in need of renovation. The room did not seem clean and the heating wasn’t working very well.

Reading reviews from other people I knew it wasn't going to be an amazing experience. I only chose the hotel because it was within a low budget for 3 of us. We stayed in a room with 3 single beds, I believe it was room 415. There's having low expectation and then there's worse than low expectation, this was the latter. The room was of adequate size, but poor quality. It was very shabby, missing a bedside table, and extremely lacking in plug sockets by the beds. The worst thing about the room was it was so cold. The heating didn't work, and the heater that was an extra in the room was hot but not powerful enough to keep the entire room warm, made even worse by the fact that the windows are not sealed properly and constantly let a draft in. Usually thermal curtains can mitigate some of the cold, but the curtain in the room was terrible quality and didn't even fit the entire length of the window. Overall a bad experience at this hotel and I will not stay in it ever again, I'd rather pay more for a better quality hotel.

Stayed for one night here for a birthday treat, location was really good we traveled to Olymipa for the Christmas Ideal Home Show then Westfield Shopping Center and Leicester Square . We were able to get to all of these locations with ease. We were able to check in online and our room was ready by our arrival at 12:00 which was good. The room however was very dated and quite drab. The shower head was terrible !!!! hardly any water came out. Also the lack of plugs was a problem there was only 2 usable in the room. The hotel must really reconsider this as most travelers will travel with a number of electronic devices that will need charging. Room was really cold thermostat didn't work very well but I guess they know which is why there was a oil heater in the room. Shower Curtain was dirty by the top. Trouser press was also dusty. However the staff I came across were very helpful. be aware of the onsite pub they charge service charge on drinks which i found was shocking. It was an OK stay just to have somewhere to rest your head and to have a base whilst traveling round London but a luxurious stay it is not. The hotel requires modernization.

Some corridors are very noisy with slamming doors. Pub not open 'till 4pm. Too late.

The hotel is only 5 minutes walk to the nearest train station (subway) which is very convenient. The breakfast buffet is also good although there’s not much choices as its an English breakfast menu only. Loads of restaurants within the area so you can have choices to eat out instead. There was a delay in checking in as there’s a problem in the family room availability even if our hotel reservation has been fully paid already thus we expect our room should be ready when we arrived. The room is not sound proof though as you can hear the noises in the hallway. Overall, we had a good time.

I needed an inexpensive hotel, and this was it. Not sure what others expected but it met my expectations. It is an Ibis, though clearly not fitted out to the normal model. The rooms were clean, but tired, and basic. I had a comfortable night, no issues. Check in good, could do with extra staff on check out. Only gripe was cold food at breakfast, a shame as ingredients are good.
