The staff were all very friendly and knowledgeable about hotel- first class.. room had moisture bubbles in the wall and need painting, bathroom had mold in the tiles however within expectations of the mercure brand in Brazil… was a little disappointed in the cleanliness of the gym… breakfast was excellent equal to a Sofitel standard

The air conditioner was not working fine, I've asked so many times to get it fixed but it was not possible. I've asked since the beginning to have two rooms side by side but for the first night my daughters and I were on different floors, it was a very bad night. They promised me to have communicating rooms the next day, but finally, they've told me there was no communicating room in the hotel, so I felt like listening to a piece of fake information to keep me in. And the worst was to miss a very important meeting because there was no internet in the building. Hopefully, there was Thais at the reception who was trying to help whenever there was a problem but unfortunately she could not always fix everything.

As General Manager to send me this survey on a cancelled reservation -- i am shocked--but that is ACCOR HOTELS. The res office of Accor here in Spain are so unhelpful and unprofessional in my opinion. They do not speak English. So i have stopped using ACCOR Hotels--- i hold Lifetime status with the major groups and will not be insulted by these awful rude people in ACCOR Spain res office.

Confortable, good services, easy access. I will recomend the hotel to colleagues and friends. The room service is also nice. However, the offer of coffee break could improve with more variety of fruits.

Good breakfast, great location. Room service is not a good idea. Get a high floor room, quiet and with a view of the soccer Arena, beautiful building. Air conditionng works better at some apartments than others.

This hotel is a little out of town, but we only needed a night somewhere prior to an Amazon trip. Very limited options for dinner, it was a Sunday night and places were closed. 3 of us in a room, it was plenty big enough for all of us.

In this mercure everything were excelente, starting with the park, reception desk and room. Of course, I will be back. all the attendents were focused to give you an idea that the hotel is your house.

Excellent value (having booked via the Accor website. Nice, big room, with, surprisingly chairs and working space behind the bed. Nicely decorated. Barking dogs outside at 4AM were not good for the sleep quality.

This is a standard hotel of Mercure chain, with every single service offered working as expected. The lobby team was very pleased to help me with problems with my reservation and I could fully enjoy my stay. The room was OK, although there is not hot water in the sink. The breakfast was really good, continental standard.
