I've forgot my mask in my room and when i'm in the breakfast the employee asked my to go to the chamber to recovring it, and it was not logic for me, how be a hotel lik Ibis they have not masks everywher, and i've felt that thier objectif its just see people wearing the masks, becoose il will go to my room without mask, and the employee she was very rood with me, when i've asked her to give me a mask, and i cant go to my room, and she told my she cant bay a masks from her boket, and during my all breakfast i've listen to her naging with the other employees.

No access to the parking and AC low.

No access to the parking during the whole stay, had to leave the car outside, watchmen at the gate proposed to try at night when Hotel personnel's cars are out, after working hours. AC was a little low, although set at full blast. Windows at restaurant ground floor could be cleaned, they are full of dust. Regards, Mr M.

Everything was great except for one thing, the room was too hot especially at night, the thermometer didn't work when I turned down the temperature, and I couldn't open the window because we have a baby with us.

The receptionist was a bit rude and using aloud tone (Fayçal) taking to us as if talking to all those at the hotel (respect should be shown; talking to one should be different from many). Room were not cleaned daily and we were not informed that we need to order this daily or upon need. A double room with one person towel for two days. The door of room 432 was horrible and unstable. Some people were without masks. Only cold food served at breakfast.

1- Bad reception information for WiFi password need to go room and came back to him for asking not for fast time check in giving everything (focusing only for payment). 2- Cleaning the room never from 08/01 to 12/01. 3- water never given even 33cl by day.

Nice, no frill hotel, good as is near airport - standard Ibis quality. You know what you get. Pitty they stop bar service around 22.00 and is impossible to get any to drink/eat if you arrive late. For the rest is ok for one, few nights stop. Breakfast good.

Too expansive...

Regarding the quality of hotel the price is too expansive. It is a big problem in Algeria, the hotels are too expansive. Also ibis hotels have big problem with showers. Generaly the showers of ibis are blocked, or there is problem with the shower head.

I like this place because it has a good energy. Business travelers mixed in with locals and a nice bar to relax in after a day of meetings. The staff is outstanding and greeted me very warmly upon entering.

first day the room was nor clean prperly, then it was cleaned regularly air conditioning insufficient: at full power was not giving fresh air: nothing at all difficult and long to change the credit card used for payment

Have been staying at the property regularly. Always feel like going back . Excellent & friendly staff. They go out of the way to make you feel comfortable. Only draw back is the air conditioning cannot be controlled from the room & at times this caused discomfort . I had to keep my window open as the heating was high.
