my experience stay at this hotel , overall was good .. from reception, facilities and food.. maybe they could pay attention more for the hygiene in the room, facilities, restaurant and more. i would love to come again to this hotel whenever i have time to go to Bali

This hotel is old but well maintained. The property is build very open to outdoor area, very green and peaceful. It is simple modern with a bali style living. The best room is deluxe room. Amenities are very complete, day bed, working desk, comfy bed, outdoor shower and bathub. The best you could ever get. Location is very good as well. Walking distance to padma beach. Located in smaller road, it is peaceful and quite. The staffs are legend. Most of them already work in the hotel for long time. They know the Accor standard. All the staff are very kind and friendly with great Balinese hospitality. As an old Accorplus all platinum member, im always satisfied with all the perks i get here. Sometimes they go beyond to impress. From the Front office, house keeping, restaurant staff they all recognise guest. They all remember very repeating guest name, not just me. Breakfast is always simple and tasty. They serve local balinese food, bread selection, fruits, salads and eggs to order. I visit this hotel more than 20 times. The great hospitality from the staffs, makes it extra specially. I trully feel im home away from home. Surely my favourite hotel is bali. I truly recommend this hotel for you.

Thank you for the hospitality during my short business stay last week, ms Ayu and Tiara did an effective and smooth check in process Thank you for double upgrading me as an Accor Platinum to one of your deluxe poolside room,appreciate much! Yes it’s a bit dated hotel, but price wise at a good location, and the most important thing for me is their “clean and fresh towel and linen”, which often fail even for a 4starred hotel if they pick wrong laundry partner. Coffee/tea/juice/softdrink Welcome drink was offered, thanks! Breakfast was OK! With Indonesian and Western selection. 3 pm Late checkout given, thanks! Good job! And keep maintain the hard and soft products

I have stayed at Ibis Styles (All Seasons) at least half a dozen times previously and will never stay there again. It looks like they just shut the hotel when COVID hit and then reopened it without doing any general maintenance or other work. All but one of the good staff have left and the new staff have little or no English, they are blind to problems and dont understand when you try to explain. Some of the issues I, and others with similar previous experiences, had this visit: - Toilet Paper - had to ask almost daily for toilet paper - leaving the empty roll on the handbasin was not enough of a trigger to replace it - In room Safe - four phone calls, two trips to reception and two days before someone understood that my safe was not working and was able to fix it - Hand Towel - asked for one first day, replaced 2nd day, never saw another one in my 11 day stay - Shower Drain - blocked and almost overflowed each time before sufficient pressure built up for it to emptied - Venetian blinds - broken and did not close properly - Cleanliness - on the surface not too bad, but underneath needs a very deep and - - Wash - not replaced until asked (twice) - Hand Basin Plug - locked close after cleaning. Followed up with cleaner who used my teaspoon to hammer the plug open (spoon end) and then he replaced it on the tray with the cups - Teabags not refilled - Pool towels - rarely any to be found and very threadbare, but clean - Bath towels - gray and threadbare - Floors not mopped - spills on my floor were there for 3 days - Broken Light - multiple calls, explanations to 4 cleaners, none of whom spoke English, a note translated into Bahasa and two days before my light was fixed - Clothes airer - asked multiple times of 3 days, never got one and gave up asking - Juice dispenser - on orange juice so clogged the juice barely tricked out - Pool lounges - some broken with the broken panels jus pushed back into place and left out for use. No cushions as previously - Pool decking - dirty, thick grimy sum. Need a really good scrub - Door wedge - rubbish left but cleaning staff took my door wedge despite being left next to door onto verandah - Spoke to cleaning staff twice, reception and left a note in Bahasa. Again no response from anyone - Room service meal trays - left out in hallways for greater than 24hrs - Breakfast - not what it used to be - no sign out advising guests they can ask for eggs/bacon etc - Toilet runs non -stop - Weeds/gardens - need a really good tidy up and weed So very disappointed. A complete audit of everyroom and every corner of the place needs to be done and cleaning/repairs undertaken. Staff also need some intensive English lessons. Perhaps the man who looked like the Manager, strutted around in fancy long-sleeved shirts, and spoke to none of the guests could do with some awareness training also. Unless they are able to demonstrate that some of these things have been addressed I will not be, nor will other couples I spoke to who have also been regulars here, will be returing. On the upside the bedding was lovely and clean

Very friendly staff. Great hotel environment. The rooms are larger than Ibis standard. The surrounding is quiet. Food has great variety and selection. Great hotel for vacation with family and friends.
