The staff are very friendly. They are clean but they could be cleaner. They need to do repairs in and out of the rooms. Especially with the balconies. They were loose and we were in danger.

« Excellent food and service pity about the room »

We have been staying at the hotel on most of our visits to Fiji over the last 20 years. This year the service was excellent as usual and the food choices had been updated to provide local food that was excellent. However we felt for the staff as the hotel dies not appear to have had a full maje over since we first stayed there. Staff are ding all they can but are being left out to dry by no renovations and the shabby state of the rooms. A further negative is that for the first time ever we had mosquitoes and cockroaches in the room which was not pest tight through sagging front door. It is about time that management organises a renovation for this fantastic little hotel. Again i want ro stress that the staff and food choices are great with great service but it is time for renovations to begin again b

It was ok. When we checked in there was only one bath towel and a bath mat. In my booking i stated that there was 2 adults my husband and i. Also we were out the whole day the second day of our stay and got back to our suprise our room was not yet serviced. But our stay was ok.

« Unprofessional »

Requested a wake up call to ensure I wouldn't miss an early flight - no call made. Fortunately my alarm didn't let me down. When awaiting for an airport transfer that morning (organised the evening before) 15 other travelers were waiting also with only one small mini bus on hand. After raising the concern politely, Mercure organised taxi's so all was good in the end. Rooms were clean but lacking maintenance. Staff were very friendly.

reception staff not very helpful, any request was handled with unhelpful replies, tried to ask with assistance for airport bus, but it seems the question with time table was to hard to be helpful. However not the first time that the reception staff behave in this manner at this hotel, all other staff were most helpful.

« For someone unfamiliar with Nadi, despite the many indications near the road, it was hard to locate the locate. »

Not so pleasant. Customers service should be priority which means checking for room service is vital to in-house guests. Rooms needs some new bright touches and maintenance to take away the scent of old woods and coakroaches and brighten up a very dull room. Pool doesn't look like it gets a daily cleaning and change of water unless people use the pool.

The bathroom was dirty, tub had black stainage, corners everywhere had mold. The walls were white but there were brown smudges everywhere. The AC was loud and the settings didn't change anything. The outside balcony lights were broken. The cupboard was broken. The breakfast was not good,

Our stay here was exactly what we needed before travelling to the Yasawa Islands. Staff were super welcoming and friendly. Mercure Nadi is located in a great location with restaurants and a supermarket in walking distance.

We were given a room with grass clippings and stone on the floor. Room got changed which was okay but the room needs maintenance as its tired looking and nothing new. Room Cleaning was done around 3-4pm and when we returned into the room it was not attended to. Reason - we ran out of clean sheets and towels. Would i visit here again - maybe not.
