Particularly the nights were freezing but there's not any heater, and the air conditioner was not sufficient for heating.

Although it was a little bit hard for me to make the reservation via internet, my stay in this hotel was more pleasant than previous stays. The guy in the front desk was very kind and he gave me a room facing to the back of the hotel (not to the periférico), so I had a very good rest. I had to start working at 2:30 am and the room was cozy, I could get some cofee at the front desk and I could finish my job on time. Thank you

The reception looks good but the room is very simple and looks old and not clean, not sure if the price is cheap but this was not a good expience and I don’t want to take this hotel anymore

Service from the staff was very good, it is the lack of lotion, shampoo, water, that bothered me. If I had known, I would of packed them. Although, I travel light and arrived late in the evening to go out and get what I need. I had already stayed there a year before, but forgot about the shampoo.

I am used to stay n different hotels including Ibis, however this Ibis Perinorte does not meet the standards. I understand it is an affordable option, however I would rather pay $ 50.00 more for a room where I can find all the necessary items, including an iron in each room. When I arrived, the room was not clean so I had to come downstairs to front desk to receive another room. The second room had a funny smell and the shower was broken. Definitely not what I am used to. I will be staying in other Ibis hotels, but definitely not in Perinorte, Mexico.
