ibis Recife Boa Viagem Hotel 3 stars

The Ibis hotel of Bao Viagem in Recife is one of the best hotels of the brand. All the staff and the whole ambience of the hotel are very welcoming. Breakfast is very good indeed, rooms well-cleaned and comfortable. I really enjoyed my stay there!

The hotel is well located but unfortunately the rooms are dirty and uncomfortable. I won't be staying again and certainly don't recommend.

Good size room, well layed out and with ample room to spread out ones things (which is very important). Bathroom was also good. Good amenities in the room. Sheets and towels were labeled with the date, so onr can tell that these are not old products. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was also very good selection of food and very good price. It's less than 5 minutes to walk to the beach, although not the best part of the beach - but 5 minutes more and the beach gets better. There are some ok restaurants near by. The menu at the hotel seems pricey and not good food selection. *The front desk staff was excellent!* They were very helpful and presented many options and tips for my stay, which was much appreciated! For example, when I checked in, the man who checked me in (I forgot his name), informed me about the late 6PM checkout option, which was perfect for me!! I didn't know of it until he mentioned it. It was great customer service. This may be a mid-range, budget hotel, but designed and feels much more exclusive. GREAT GREAT value for the money. I visited 10 cities in Brazil on this trio - this was the best hotel!

Good value for money but the hotel could provide more towels and daily cleaning.

I have stayed in Ibis a few times, and this one wasn’t the best one. There was no hot water in the shower Only couple channels on tv in the afternoon, and in the morning, there was no channel available at all. Room was good. Good was good, but the details above was unpleasant.

To be 10, could have room service, since the restaurant is available downstairs

The only think I should consider is the price of the items they sell in the bar. I bought a marshmallow and ice cream and paid 11,00 per ice cream and 14,00 marshmallows, it was very expensively.

Restaurant took over 40 minutes to prepare a dish. When I was about cancelling my order, they told me that dish used to take longer than others. This information should be written in the menu. It was after 10PM and I should wake up really early in the next morning.

Very good quality of the hotel. Good services and cleanliness ok. localization is very strategical for who travel for a business trip. Restaurant ok. I did not found in the breakfeast dairy products lactosis free.

I always go to IBIS hotels as I like them and feel right in them, but this one was extraordinary! Wonderful! Loved it! Excellent restaurant is so nice to have available when you arrive tired after a long journey. Beautiful design and layout. parking service very efficient too.

My stays at IBIS are generally motivated by business obligations on tight schedules. I like to find always everything in the same place, ready to be used, without uncomfortable surprises. Good service and friendliness come as a bonus.
