« Next to Haram »

We came from australia, stayed 6 nights , with mum and sister, we were very pleased with the staff Porter boy was excellent Front desk guys who were in black dress , they were excellent Room service there few boys all of them bangladeshi , one of them name Ashique was more than excellent , you can't aspect more than that Most of staff I met were from Bangladesh were very courteous they deserve big thanks. I had to call electrician for freeze not working he was good man Plumber need to call to fix was leaking at shower , I do not think he understands Coustomer satisfaction . Location is excellent next to Haram . I could use wheel chair for mum Price of accommodation affordable Hotel owner need put time and afford some small maintenance.

Excellent Location and staff. Welcoming staff with the smile. Service is good, immediate response after call. Special thanks to Saif who also accepted our request to late checkout. Taking two elevator to getting to the Haram is interesting.

« Impolite behaviour during Check-in »

Honestly this the first time I met such bad attitude during my stay in Accor group hotels. During check in I requested the recepitionest (Ms.Rana) for up grade of possible which i think my right to request. The answer was astonishing, she told me why I up grade you, I told her I am a member she replyed impolitly that your member ship just classic you can pay if you wish upgrade. She maybe right but the attitude was wrong she can say sorry we are fully booked or any other polite excuse but unfortunately she was very aggressive.. Very bad experience to start with.

No hot water for a day. AC not working for 2 days out of my 3 days stay. Called many times to have it fixed, but only thing I got a sorry note and fruit try. They didn't fix the AC or move me to another room.

very small room for 3 persons the reservation employee in the hotel told me there is room withe three beds but when I arrived I get only 2 beds then I call room service for third bed then they add extra bed after that the room was very narrow. room service very slow if you ask for anything take long time to bring it.

I stayed there for 7 night. Great stay. But the only problem is the houskeeping does not make up the bed everyday. Have to ask them to clean up everything. Have to ask to topup shower gel, change towel. Other than that, everything was perfect. Definitely will stay there again.

Everything was fine. Breakfast need to improve. Refund policy in food and beverage section not available. Suppose if you pay for 6 days breakfast bill at food and beverage accounts and after 2 days if you want to stop breakfast and need refund, they cannot make it, and told you that no policy available. This was worst thing.

Asalam Alykum I was very happy to stay in Pullman zamzan Makkah hotel the receptionists we so helpfull and so friendly and the room service was so quick the rooms were very clean only the small area beside the kitchen sort of little sticky , the room ma sha was quite and the air condition well adujusted , people in the breakfast area were so helpfull and polite , the bath rooms was very clean, only if there is spilled water I did know how to dry it then I found out that I suppose to ask the room surface, there was extra blanket and pillow and a balance , there also was an iron and a iron table thank you for making my stay easy and happy.

Very near to Haram, good sized room, friendly reception. The ‘safe box’ was free standing on the table, not fixed to anything which I thought a bit odd. However, there are evidence of cost cutting; bathroom is not as good as it was before; we stayed in this hotel before. The breakfast is also, I would say, adequate; same menu more or less every day. The room was clean and the cleaner service and the bell boy service was very good.
