First of all i booked through my Accor account and at check in they upgrade me to a suite but it was terrible the smell or rotten carpet can’t be withstand and then i request to have my booked room without any upgrade and have the benefit of my silver membership, they change the room and informed me that my reservation is with the classic member and i had no benefit and the problem didn’t solved till i called accor To see the breakfast it is horrible even no fruit in the buffet this hotel should be banned from ur brand

Horrible sleep due to loud Saudi neighbors, poor sound insulation and lumpy, old mattresses. Understaffed means long queues at check-in and slow breakfast and housekeeping. Please leave empty rooms between interconnecting rooms to avoid disturbances especially when the hotel is so empty

Standards have dropped. Mattresses are old, lumpy and uncomfortable. Bathroom products are cheap and don't smell nice. Breakfast service was below standard. Worst of all were the loud locals in the next room that were shouting away until 3am in the morning causing our family to lose sleep. Water temperature in the shower went from hot to cold in and back throughout the shower experience. Customer service didn't answer the phones to allow us to complain about this. If the hotel is so empty, leave empty rooms between occupied rooms to avoid this possibility.

My previous experience (3 years ago) was much better than the recent one. We noticed a reduced quality in room services in terms of cleaning and response time. The breakfast time was the worst as the breakfast team was understaffed and we had to wait longer to get a clean table and order our food.

The room needs to be updated and refurbished,and waiting at elevators is annoying due to the limited number of them running.The staff at the property especially the security guards are wonderful and helpful.

The room i booked was Executive Suit Kaaba View but i didnt get the view which was shown in the picture, but i i think the view i got was Partially Kaaba view and the carpet of the room was not clean.
