Everything ok, I stayed at this hotel several times, in general is satisfactory in all means. only two notes: 1) breakfast needs to be a little richer for ex: butter, jam and black tea to be included, 2) a small refrigerator would be of help, is needed in warmer climate hotels.

staff are really very helpful .clean rooms good variety breakfast, reception staff very help and ver talened multi languages rooms are small but ver comfortable all over is highly recommended to stay near the city centre.

Alojamento no Hotel Ibis Tunis check in a 01/09/2019 e check out a 08/09/2019. Por ter uma viagem de avião muito cedo no dia 08/09, decidi fazer o check out na noite de o7/09. A funcionária da recepção recusou a utilização de 10.000 pontos reward para o cálculo do valor da factura; informou que estava autorizada a apenas utilizar 2.000, o que fez. Efectuado o pagamento com cartão de débito bancario, deparou-se com um problema, informando que « o pagamento fora aceite mas não conseguia confirmar o valor» Consultei o extracto bancário via telefone e mostrei-lhe que o valor facturado tinha efectivamente sido cativado pelo meu banco para pagamento da transacção. Disse-me que na manhã do dia 08/09 o seu chefe esclarecia o assunto comigo. Ao sair no dia 08/09 o Sr. Khalil MALEK informou-me que a transacção não fora efectuada e solicitou-me um novo pagamento de igual valor, o que fiz. Ontem visitei o meu banco que e confirmou a cativação de 2 pagamentos de igual valor. Ontem mesmo informei o Sr. Khalil MALEK por email, estando a aguardar resposta.

Friendly staff very clean and good service only they need to change the Lunch and Dinner Menu every while the food is good very good breakfast and not far from La Fayet an area full of shops and restaurants.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here, especially after experiencing a cheaper 2 star hotel down the road. This place was lovely and clean, comfortable bed with extra third pillow in room which was excellent, cause I like to sleep with lots of pillows. Hotel food was delicious, nice that it has a spa on the 8th floor, I went and had a hammam for only 15 dinars. All of this for only £50 for the night and taxi's are sat outside waiting in the morning so good if you need to get to the airport early like I did, so didn't even have to wait for one, and it is only 10 minutes drive to the airport.All in all I really enjoyed my stay here and will definitely be using again for my travels.

Check-in Was BAD, I had booked for 3 Nights and the total cost of the stay was TND510 but still they wanted to block TND 900 and the reason was really absurd (Just in case I Order of Room Service OR Have something at the Restaurant. (I Recollect having same experience at Novotel Hotel Bratislava (Slovakia) a couple of years ago. The Receptionist did not have knowledge about the locations of the rooms, in spite of requesting a room with city view I was given a rooms at random and was asked to check by myself and inform at the reception if I wanted to change and that's exactly what happened and was asked to come at the reception to get the room changed. No Mini Bar in the room, No Refrigerator & No Electric Kettle, which now a day's even a 2** Hotel has. The Check-Out was a big hassle The blocked TND900 at Check-in & if that was not enough another TND 100 was blocked a day prior to my check-out. That means the block Double the amount of money (TND1,000 charged in lieu of TND 510) for the stay I have booked. TRAVELLERS PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS POLICY OF THE ACOOR GROUP OF HOTELS. Not going to stay again with this group.

The cleaning of the room is not ok the quality of breakfast is too poor it seems that the hotel is becoming old and no maintenance is done on bathroom and room the breakfast is not compatible with the price that we paied

Experiência agradável. Um pouco de lentidão no atendimento no bar. O taxi que o hotel chamou para me levar ao aeroporto levou -me 3 vezes mais do que o hotel estipulou.

Although I made on-line check-in through your web page, the reception did ask again for my passport plus dealt with some other formalities which took longer. I do not understand your reasons to highlight on-line check-in for getting your key straightaway. Breakfast was very poor and almost no any breakfast was served.However, breakfast bill was brought very quicly as if I was going to run away or so?

It is a very nice suitable hotel to stay in many points like people behavior and hospitality in all service sections in reception, security, rooms cleaning, restaurant, And overall cleanness, quietness, location. The only points are the shoes brushing machine and the waist bags in containers inside rooms.

Friendly Personnel and good quality service, Ibis-style hotel (they look all the same, so you never get surprises), excellent cleaning and tidy rooms, all services available, convenient location along the main connecting roads towards airport and/or motorway, only few minutes taxi-driving from the City but nevertheless far enough to be protected from the chaos and noise of town's "movida".

Could smell smoke in the room

Usually I am satisfied at Ibis Tunis as I consider it good value for price. However it is the first time I experienced smell of cigarette smoke in a room at Ibis. It was late and I was too tired to ask for another room.

Correu muito abaixa das expectativas porque. O chuveiro estava entupido e cada vez tomava banho enchia a Casa de banho de agua. A roupa para a lavandaria levava sempre mais que 2 dias a ser entregue. O pequeno almoço alem de fraco o pao era sempre atrase e quando havia.

We were for 2 nights in Tunis after staying 2 night in sidi bou said, the hotel and its accomodations are great (wifi, change for cash etc), but not exactly near the center and the souk. Taxi and metro are nearby, very cheap, and the desk very helpful.
