I had a pleasant experience staying at Mercure Grand Mirama Surabaya. The connecting room was made available by the staff when I informed them one day prior to my arrival. Warm welcoming courtesy of the frontline staff was adequate. However, suffered a lot in finding a parking a spot as I had to drive taking my family with me. The security indicated that I had to obtain a VIP-pass to park the car, although there were at least 6-7 free parking spots available. Suffering because I had to take along my toddler and was not that convenient in accessing my car very far from lobby. The food was standard as in any other Accor accomodation. Could have easily given the "9 out 10" but again, was bothered by the parking service which made me wonder whether the hotel was suitable for families or just business trip.

As normal, I dont expect check-in at priority desk, but the staff insist me and they nicely offfer coffee while waiting for the room but never shown up. The check-out time is 10minutes what a way kong time that i ever experienced

Very disppointing cleanliness of plates, bowls of Tri Murti Restaurants! I never found such dirty plates at other Mercure. The plates are oily, some dried rice on it.
