We stay at this IBIS quite often. This time the meet and greet was good and in general we had a good experience. Our only grouse was the housekeeping on the Sunday which appeared to be re-making the bed and nothing else, no replacement teabags or washing cups or providing dry towels. Bar service was very good.

For an Ibis, I was pleasantly surprised! It's cheap and cheerful but still surpassed my expectations. Staff were great - helpful and friendly - the breakfast was pretty good, my room was lovely and spacious and I felt like I was in a safe and clean environment. We had booked in for a conference meeting which was located in the canteen/restaurant area which really wasn't suitable for us, but that's not the hotel's fault.

First stay at ibis. I found it basic but everything I needed was there. Beds and pillows not as comfy as premier inn. Normal breakfast buffet. I'd like to query the colour of the scrambled egg being very yellow almost luminous. Staff friendly, helpful and curtious. Night staff sat in office not seen, night security guy was more interested in his phone than guiding/assisting customers (not his job I know). Key card locked us out of room after night out, staff reprogrammed but just annoying had to go find them.
