Perfectly fine overnight stay for arena concert

Great location. Couple of minutes easy walk to Utilita Arena and lots of eating options. The room was spotless and bedlinen and towels excellent quality, equally fresh and clean. So the room was very compact, no frills with shower door opening into the room and the toilet a tiny cupboard like space but perfectly fine for an overnight stay. The staff were excellent, friendly, efficient and cheerful. Oh and you could open the window a bit too.

Absolutely disgusting treatment.

The room was disgusting, there were pet hairs and eyelashes everywhere including in my bed! I could barely fit in the hole for the toilet, the heating did not work and the cracks around the window didn't help as it was freezing in the room. I went downstairs after being in the room for 15-20 minutes and waited whilst another guest was having their room complaint dealt with. I was refused a full refund despite it not being my fault I did not wish to stay there and photographic evidence. I then received an email to say that because I was in the room for over half an hour (which believe me, I wasn't) I was to be charged. They also claimed the management rang me to discuss during the times I'd given to contact me and I have photographic evidence that they didn't. I've never been so disgusted by a room and a service. I will never stay in an ibis again thanks to this.

Smelly corridors Rooms smells like urine everywhere…… Booked a double room and they changed it to bunk bed Blaming system fault….. Trying to be oversmart - cheaters Totally bad experience Accor must throw them out

Awful . Budget with a capital B . Avoid at all costs ….. shabby , dirty , noisy ( seems to have numerous unpleasant individuals in the council housing list living there ) , poorly maintained , depressing , awful location . Miserable experience overall ….. staff seemed friendly enough but that was the ONLY positive

Excellent property and very convenient to do activities. Front desk staff Khairul is extremely efficient, pleasant and helpful. Everything was great at this hotel.. amazing staff that is friendly and makes customers feel welcome
