LONG WAIT FOR COVID PCR TEST RESULT

I ARRIVED AT YOUR HOTEL AT APPROXIMATELY 12 NOON ON 24 NOV 2021 AND PROCEEDED FOR THE COVID-19 PCR TEST PRIOR TO ENTERING MY ROOM. I WAS ADVISED BY THE RECEPTIONIST AND THE MEDICAL REPRESENTATIVES AT THE HOTEL THAT I WILL BE ABLE TO RECEIVE THE TEST RESULT BY 10 PM ON THE SAME DAY. HOWEVER, I ONLY RECEIVED MY TEST RESULT VIA EMAIL AT 3AM 25 NOV 2021. AS I WAS BOOKED ON AN EARLY MORNING FLIGHT TO CHIANG MAI, IT CAUSED ME UNNECESSARY ANXIETY AND SLEEPLESS NIGHT WATINING FOR THE RESULT. WILL NEVER STAY AT THIS HOTEL AGAIN AS THERE IS NO SENSE OF URGENCY TO PROVIDE THE COVID TEST RESULT TO GUEST ON TIME.

It was one night stay package for covid 19 quarantine. The arrival was good but was disappointed when reached to room which i was upgraded to as platinum member. The room was old with almost no tv channels , not working coffee machine and lot of things which need to be fixed and maintain. It was a total disappointment.

We have stayed with you a few times and look forward to staying again soon. However, with the Covid situation we had never experienced the buffet breakfast before. It was wonderful. I recommended a friend to book with you too and found he was given flexibility on changing the date if necessary where we were told we could not change anything. Fortunately, we didn’t have to but I was a little upset that you offered him flexibility but not us? The 24 hour quarantine was easy and the staff were friendly as always. We will definitely stay with you again and continue to recommend you to friends.

I love the size of the room with both the bath and the shower. Good gadget controlling the lights and the air conditioner. The service is prompt!

From airport pickup/transfer to hotel went all smoothly. But while waiting in the lobby for swab test, some Thai rich people who came after us got fast tracked to do swab tests first despite arriving at the hotel later. This kind of unfair privilege treatment has to stop. It bores genuine tourists.

Too long a wait for the shuttle to transfer from airport to hotel.. Room very outdated and wallpaper peeling off wall, flooring mashed up, pen ink on food that was ordered. Overpriced PCR test for rapid result..Appeared hotel/hospital might be taking advantage of the situation to inflate prices.

My room was ready and the covid PCR test required by the Thai government was convenient. These were the most important things for me after 24 hours flying.

I understand that hotels around the world and particularly in Thailand are struggling to recover to standards expected of their clients, however this property is not responding effectively. Having used this hotel as part of international and domestic transit for over 4 years, I find that it has declined in terms attention to detail, property maintenance, and responsiveness to client needs. Despite my many stays at this property, I felt like a stranger here. Compared to the market and value received, the property is currently grossly over-priced. It is obviously looking to exploit farang who don't know any better and not respecting their returning clients.

First of all I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience after checked in and discomfort you experienced during your recent stay. I wished we should have captured and corrected it while you were here with a better solution. Regarding the condition of the hotel. I'm please to inform you that our renovation plan had been approved by the top management. This renovation plan will start somtime during the first quater of 2022. Please patiently wait for our new upgrade room and public area. However, despite all the issues you had been encoutered.
