There can not be a better location to any hotel, for a walk, bus or train.Staff is excellent especially Andrew, he is a star. Shopping mall is just 3 min walk , having all major restaurants, supermarket or lake or even old Annecy town- everything is <5 min walk. has a bus stop at 10 steps. Room was super comfortable, no issues at all. Breakfast was a privilege, took care of all my needs very well.No need to look for any other option in Annecy.VEry helpful staff to giving direction , feels like home when back from your day

The smell of room & elevator Annoying and disgusting, waiting long for elevator it take more than 30 minutes, sofa was having bad smell the two room with stairs was not save for 2 years kids , We were shocked that a yellow-haired woman she is working on Hotal was screaming at the receptionist because he spoke to my husband in Arabic, and my husband only speaks Arabic.

The hotel is in a great location, right near the railway station and close to both the old town and the lake. We stayed in a family apartment which had everything we needed for self catering and felt spacious despite its small size. The shopping centre nearby has a large supermarket so it was easy to go out and get pastries for breakfast. Our balcony had loads of space and a great view. The staff were friendly and helpful and all spoke English if needed. Unfortunately, during our stay, one of the lifts was always out of order despite an engineer being on site working on it. We didn't mind taking the stairs to the 7th floor, but it did cause problems for others. Overall we had an excellent stay and will return one day.

I had a very good stay at Adagio Annecy. The apartment had everything that I needed, was well situated, quiet, with friendly and available staff. I would be glad to stay there again.
