The hotel served my need for a good sleep and rest. My visit and stay was not planned as I had to wait for a COVID Test before heading back to Saudi. The hotel receptionist was extremely professional and helpful when I reached there late at night. She booked timely and made me feel secure and comfortable there.

The restaurant is very clean , and the people are very helpful, the food is good, the precautions for the covid was successful, the parking is big and can fit too many cars, the sinatizer are every where in the hotel.

the staff that clean the rooms are great and their manager is the best I ever found with a good sense of humor, I was on 1306 for 1 month and I have to say, rooms to small, shower always cold water, no plugs next to the bed, and I hate the stupid small soap bars that feels like plastic. tv quality bad, channels some have sound ,same they don't,no choice of dimm light,gym is the worst, for an hotel, there is not much options there, they should have more options . pool small but ok, shame that sun at 1 pm is behind the hotel. staff is really good.

It was lovely because of the reception people Loved all of them especially Arian hope I'm spelling it right, but the room service and restaurant just slow bad service sometimes they don't even answer the phone. If my room got cleaned either tissue box is missing or something else. Just please improve the room service

It was bad experience I am always stay and search for Ibis at all my travels, but this branch is not good and the room was not good. Also the bathroom was not good at all, there was no maintenance and the shower was broken. There is no iron at the room also that makes me wast a lot of time with the laundry.

It was a very bad experience this time. The room didn’t have towels or enough drinking water and had only 2 sticks of sugar without a spoone or stick. I had to keep calling room service and it took them very long time to answer and bring what I asked. I just checked in for a couple of hours for a shower and to take rest before the AM and was very disappointed on the level of service and quality I saw and received.
