Normal stay, rooms are too small and need maintenance First room i found the following:- Shower-box hand broken Soap bottle not working Toilet water not working Shower hand broken I changed the room and i found that the soap bottle not working And toilet hand are slow water flow General the hotel rooms need proper maintenance The staff are helpful

Upon check in there were no king-size rooms available so the receptionist gave me a twin room for a couple of hours to rest in till the other room was ready i was very thankful for the front desk team

The room is nothing like the pictures on company website. All the decor and amenities are outdated. Lighting is very dim. The bathroom is dirty, and there is no hooks to hang your clothe.

The location of the hotel is good and the breakfast was nice. However, The service was not good at all, the rooms was not clean and even when we ask them to change the covers, no thing has been changed. I stayed in many many hotels in different countries but non of them did that to us. Even for the slippers, in all hotels it was provided and included like other things, but they charged us for that.

« The outstanding, exceptional service you can ever get from IBIS group in the entire Middle East. »

The hotel is one of the same as I am used to Accor group, and IBIS, but the service here was exceptional. The GM, operations manager, even the staff (Rababh) each and every staff makes you feel welcome. The only issue I had was the food, but the team, the way the handle the situation is remarkable and you won't be left with any complaint. Definitely my place to stay if I am in Amman..

« Good service, everything in place, although hotel would benefit from renovation. »

Hotel has everything in place, service is good, however rooms are quite old, furniture is worn out, carpets not the cleanest and even some equipment should be replaced (e.g. soup dispenser was broken and just jammed with the paper to still stand).

I had a quiet and pleasant stay, though it took a longer time than expected for check-in. The room condition was okay but felt like there was a real need for ventilation as unfortunately, windows can't be opened! Staff were friendly and helpful
