This was an extremely special occasion for us as it was our 10th wedding anniversary, and we were married in the Sofitel guangzhou 10 years ago. It was special to come back to the same place to celebrate together. The service was absolutely phenomenal and all staff went out of their way to make this time a memorable and luxurious experience. The food and drink was outstanding, particularly the beef cooked by the new head chef. Genuinely an excellent experience all round. The room was sublime: spacious clean and comfortable and the L’Occitane shower gels werr also a very nice touch not found in any other hotel.

I had a fantastic stay with Sofitel Guangzhou. Maeve and Julia were two Administrative Assistants that helped me greatly and without them my stay would have been much more difficult. They were helpful and were able to help translate and answer questions for me. I would highly recommend this hotel based off my experience with these two. The facilities are very nice and the staff are all well mannered and helpful.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay this time, not to my surprise. The usual drill is fine: nice lounge, great service, etc. But what I really wanted to write about is how I was greatly assisted when I just entered the lounge for check in, only to find that I had left my phone in the DIDI ride. The lounge staff went out of his way to call DIDI center on my behalf and then also talk to the driver and concierge later to have helped me retrieve my phone effortlessly. All i had to do literally was just to sit and wait. What a lifesaver! This has once again reaffirmed my confidence in this property as my first choice in Guangzhou.

It was one of my last business trip of the year. I have not been back to the hotel for at least the last 3 years, and yet the service and the room were as great as before; especially the service at the club lounge.Angel, Albert, Jayden, Hannah and Jelly are very attentive and accommodative. Well situated within Tianhe district, this Sofitel really impressed me! Loved the treatment we received from the Club Millésime team who made sure we had a luxurious and relaxing stay. Lounge food was of high quality and the breakfast menu is really excellent. Happy hour also was just perfect. The level of English spoken by staff is much higher than at some other properties I have visited in China, which is a definite plus. The indoor pool and gym are quite nice as well. I am so glad I booked and will be back again.

When coming to GZ, I mostly stay at Sofitel Sunrich GZ. The executive lounge at 29/F is led by Ms. Sasha (莎莎), who is new to the lounge this year, but I found out that she picked up things very quick and clearly know the needs of frequent travelers such as me. She can help you sort out solutions for all important or trivial problems, and provide great hospitality to you. The hardware may not be as new as those newly opened hotels during these few years in GZ, however, the services and quality must be among the best! Thank you so much for Sasha's team namely Angel, Jayden, Jessica, Nana, Albert, Candice, Hannah and George. Last but not least, the chefs inside the kitchen play an important role in preparing high standard foods and meals to guests at executive lounge, thank you so much. I highly recommend you guys come and try!

After a terrible stay at Sofitel Beijing, i arrived Sofitel Guangzhou. The lobby was huge and bright. Check in was quick and upgrade my room to a lovely suite at 26th floor. Welcomed by Oscar Chen, a very friendly guy. The suite was great, although some hardware was little bit old, but totally were good. The best part during my stay was the Club Millésime. Service was the top standard, food qualities were good, i had breakfast and happy hour during my stay, which was one of the best part of a day. Nice chat with Jayden and Sasha in the lounge. Jessica, George, Hannah, Candice, Angel, Nana and Albert were also very good. Sofitel Guangzhou is a truly flagship Sofitel in China, I will continue support it.
