We were impressed with the service and satisfied with everything, but what we think urgently needs to be improved is the loud noise from the air conditioner. Fortunately, we both carry earplugs in our luggage at all times when staying in hotels or on every trip. So we didn't report this issue at the time, but we did give feedback when we checked out.

Another great experience staying at the King Power, it was just as good as the last stay before COVID. The rooms are nice and modern, the staff are fantastic and the service is 5 star. The buffet is a real draw card and my sons love the big fish pond!

We choose king power pullman bangkok in long weekend due to cerebration. Booked by blocker ticket from my sister, because she is a spa&massage reviewer the she told me to take some photo and experience to write in her fanpage on facebook. I came to hotel in 15.30 to check in. But no one welcome, so waiting so long to check in more than 5 minute, longer than 5 stars hotel should be. After that I heard a bad news from reciption that room is not avaible now, waiting about 1 hours to finished, I asking him “How I know what time the room finish”. He say I need to come back again and ask him again because he didn’t know what time, so I asked him can you called me when the room finished. He said “Ok” After 1 hours with non-responsed, I think so long time, then I came back to reception again and asked about my room. So very interesting that my room is already finished but no one calling me. and shocked again when going to my room 1634 and founded some people is staying in my room, she said that she is a housewife!! When I coming to my room with a little angry about that, I did not know about any detail about this hotel because no one tell me. Where&when to eat breakfast, swimming pool, gym, and other detail, Moreover when I comming to my room and founded my lagguage that I give to bellboy about 1 hour ago didn’t in my room, so I calling to reciption about 10 calling, but no one recieve my call. In the end, I received my lagguges by finding any housewife in this floor and asked him for following by bags. I think pullman should be investigated these situation and upgrade the quality of service mind of employee, if not I think I will shared my experienced in my blocker. Best regarded Anantapat S.
