Due to recent lockdown in bkk all restaurants are closed for dine in.. Good that they still do take away foods with good price but instructions not very clear. Firstly there are different buildings/towers but I can't find the restaurant I want to go by following the signboard. It showed on 2nd floor but actually in another side . Tried to ask one of the staff she asked me to check signboard. In the end I gave up and ordered food delivery from outside. The room is warm even though AC set to the lowest temperature.

Although I stayed at this hotel for a short period of time, I found that the hotel standards are beyond expectations. Just a small thing…variety of lunch set is a bit too few. I used to stay at other hotels and they have so many choices of lunch set with drinks.

Great service, I asked for a birthday cake that I thought I could use my voucher from accor plus member but the agency gave me wrong information of course, just said sorry and blame it on covid 19 nothing more!! The reservation team at the hotel sent a complimentary birthday cake when I arrived. Thank you very much for that. We had a pleasant stay.

Been staying here very often because of the way the staff has treated me. Feels like home now where they always make sure they get whatever I need. The restaurant buffet is the morning is great and greet you with a smile. Even serving you at the table if you needed anything else. avoiding weekend is highly recommended since many guests while limited staff. good location and you can enjoy shopping at King Power, however the complimentary King power discount is no longer available.

Excellent everything. Very impressive executive suite... Even a leather covered ice bucket delivered in the evening! Check- and check-out through the club lounge was nice! Happy hour snacks were wonderful in spite of government restrictions on alcohol being served due to coronavirus! Love you would have been much better had we not had such polluted air in Bangkok this weekend from this high level floor number 21. I would easily recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Bangkok. My last day here was because of a concert at the nearby building which houses the king power duty-free shops and a beautiful Concert Hall.

Offered package was a lie

I booked the package which the details as followings: Stay Saver Promotion (THB 1,499 net per room per night base on room only) Exclusive! Purchase our breakfast buffet for 2 persons at THB 250 net per person and get a complimentary cash voucher valued at THB 500 to shop at King Power Duty-Free Complex (Soi Rangnam) right next door to the hotel. Moreover, receive up to 40% discount at our restaurants and bars including Cuisine Unplugged, Tenshino, The Junction and Pool Bar. But when we checked in, the complimentary voucher that they gave to us comes with the condition 5,000THB minimum spend! they never mentioned about it neither in the confirmation nor facebook page. This is a big lie! Breakfast quality is apparently worse than usual since the customers who stayed during that time all bought in discounted price. It was not Pullman's quality. So far, it was not impressive.

I stayed there for one night during covid-19 pandemic. It's a bargain, with complementary breakfast. Lots of measurements to ensure your safety during the stay. Lots of hand sanitizers, temperature measurement, social distancing, wrapping plastics on everything (kinda waste IMO), even cleaning my credit card and receipt during check-out with UV. Good and modern decoration, mediocre room. Fast internet. I didn't use other facilities such as gym nor swimming pool. Friendly and extremely courtesy staffs. Only bad thing was I got several bites during my stay there. I didn't expect from this kind of hotel to have bed bugs, but I did get 2 bites on my back, 4 on my legs, and 3 on my arms. I felt itchy on my legs during the night, but never thought it'd be from bed bugs, just to find out more on my backs and arms in the morning. Room 838, a bed next to the shower room, if you are curious. I stayed here many times during 2009-2011, but never got bitten like this.
