Superbe hôtel, belles chambres, très grande piscine, petit déjeuner buffet exceptionnel, personnel attentionné et agréable. Mais mauvaise expérience au SPA pour un soin du visage Hydratant avec les soins Phytomer. Je recommande l'hôtel, Je déconseille le SPA l'expérience est très décevante. Autant la déco de l'hôtel est grandiose autant celle du spa est très quelconque, le soin sans intérêt, pas de bonne prise ne charge par les esthéticienne.

2ème séjour. Mieux : la déco. Qq soucis : plus de service sur place au bar de la piscine (??), musique ultra bruyante dans le lobby 2 fois par semaine (mauvaise bonne idée : le lobby n'est pas un bar ni un pub). Pb d'internet et de TV. Technicien qui passe réparer le pb TV et laisse des traces de doigt partout sur la TV. Pourquoi 2 restos japonais dans l'hôtel ???

Idélaement situé à une encablure du terminal du Skytrain le Pullman offre un cadre reposant à deux pas du centre de Bangkok avec un service impeccable. La piscine extérieure est superbe et les restaurants offrent tous les types de cuisine.

très bel hôtel, bien situé avec jolie piscinechambres un peu petites mais bien aménagéesbeaucoup de monde (trop) à certains moments au buffet (PDJ)malgré tout, personnel très serviable et efficace.

deuxième séjour dans ce beau complexe hotelier bien situé l hotel est magnifique. déco de qualité belle piscine excellent restaurant tout est d une propreté remarquable tout le personnel est professionnel et souriant par contre j ai rencontré deux problèmes qui expliquent ma déception : les suites communicantes sont bruyantes on entend éternuer les voisins. nous avons subi une clientèle qui s interpelait entre chambres portes ouvertes a 2 heures du matin en hurlant nous avons du intervenir pour faire taire ces énergumènes. deuxième problème la piscine squatée par des enfants munis de bouées hurlant toute la journée non surveillés par des parents trop occupés a lire leurs messages sur leu smartphone faisant fuir la clientèle appréciant ce lieu agréable et rare a Bangkok.
