Resort was beautiful and the staff were very friendly. Very nice layout so nothing is too far to walk to (great with young kids who struggled in the heat). Food delicious and great selection.

« Relaxing time at a beautiful hotel »

The hotel staff were al extremely polite and helpful, the hotel is very clean and has well maintained gardens and pool area, our room was lovely and serviced to a high standard every day, breakfast was good and good in the gourmet bar was lovely, we had great service of Nando and the staff at the bar and pool side.

« The staff are awesome as is the general appeal of the resort »

We have stayed with Novotel Nusa Dua 8 times now. (Past 8 years). We feel as if we are coming home each year and look forward to catching up with the wonderful staff we have made friends with over the years. It's this level of personalisation that is the main driver for our continued desire to stay here. Yes the resort is well maintained as are the rooms and this is a must but then to have wonderful people who go out of their way each and every day is excellent . In addition the location is good with our family feeling at home walking the streets both inside the gated section and outside in the local villages. Lia and Windy are continually moving around ensuring guests are happy. Well done to all, see you next year.

« Fantastic Rooms and Guest Services however Food could be better »

We could not be happier with our interactions with all of the staff, guest services in particular did a fantastic job to make our stay enjoyable. We felt the food options in the restaurant were average and after several dinners and lunches we chose to find somewhere else to eat our meals. We would like Ayra (Duty Manager) to be recognised for going above and beyond. We were advised we could move to an upgraded room several days after check in however there was a maintenance issue with that room on the day we were due to move. Ayra was very apologetic and offered us the Penthouse. We went with him to have a look but determined it was much too big for us and would be better served for a large family. Both Ayra and his manager (I forget his name, I believe he was the Assistant Front Office Manager) were fantastic in delivering exceptional customer service.

« Delightful Stay for a family getaway »

Rooms were absolutely beautifully appointed. Proximity to SPA, Pool, Local shops and convenience stores, taxi ranks- all fantastic. Beds were a little firm and cocktails were a little hit and miss. BUT the beers were cold and the food was delicious! Staff were a delight. Check in and out were easy. Shuttle to beach and shopping centre were easy to catch and well timed. Loved the coffee in the Pause Cafe. SPA was really wonderful. Thanks very much for a wonderful week away from normal life.

« More Maintenance Needed »

We stayed in room 6505, which was a four room suite. I understand that suites are generally uses less than regular rooms, but the lack of maintenance and care for this room was pretty dismal upon our arrival. To be fair, the suite itself is spacious and comfortable and ideal for our group stay. However, when we arrived, we found: - Water coming out of a few sinks were dirty, even after we flushed it out for 10 mins. - One of the showers were missing a shower head. - One room’s bathtub didn’t have hot water. - The sofa was dusty and damp-smelling. - The outdoor area seemed like it hadn’t been sweeped/mopped in a while, there were a lot of animal droppings. - The trashcan in the master bathroom was broken. - Two of the ACs weren’t working properly, probably because it hasn’t been used/cleaned in a long time. On the bright side, upon placing a call to housekeeping, the maintenance staff came immediately to fix the broken showers and flush out the water heater. Housekeeping also came to clean up the indoors area after. We actually liked the room, and we appreciate the prompt service. Hopefully, next time you can have regular maintenances so the rooms will be more prepared for guests.

« Great with some buts :D »

We enjoyed our 3 bedroom unit during our stay I. Novotel Bali Nusa Dua. The private pool was our favorite. However, there were some things that can still be improved. 1. The AC I. one of the bedroom was not working well, so the room temperature was pretty hot. And we had to ask for help of the engineers and let them did the repair during our stay. 2. The trash can was broken so we had to use our hands to open it. 3. There was a pretty big leak I. one of the bathrooms, so the floor was always wet. We figured it was from the room upstairs. We had informed the hotel about it, but nothing changed until our check out. We hope by letting you know about this can help improve your hotels' service. Thank you!

« Great value for money »

We loved our apartment - the room was fantastic - and the resort and pool were great. We had lovely meals at all of the restaurants, however I did regularly see some bugs on some of the food on the right hand side of the buffet - I believe this is because it is not obvious for guests that the food is there and those food stands are less visited. I also tried unsuccessfully to find the yoga one day, and it was difficult to find staff around the gym who could sign me up the morning of the yoga class. Otherwise, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful and relaxing, I work long hours in a position that can be very stressful at times, this week let me wind down and rejuvenate. The room was amazing, the gardens lush and tropical.
