The bed was so old that it felt like it was broken in the middle, the door was nearly impossible to be opened from the outside and the room smelled very bad

I stayed for 2 nights. The staff did not inform that all plugs in the room were 220v. So I plugged in my iron on a power source that was not marked as 220v, and it was burnet straight away. Then I contacted reception that offered a power transformer from 220v to 110v. However, the girl gave it with the power the other way around and told me to just connect it and it would work with my appliances. When I connected my electric hair brush it was also burnet. then I contacted them again and they sent me a engineer that realised the mistake. So with the iron it overheated and burnet my dress. I tried to explain them that all the power sources should be marked as 220v and the staff didn't even care, just told me all the sources were 220v at the hotel. Therefore I had 2 appliances burnt with no support. The staff should inform the guest properly. I am very disappointed at my stay and I have a loss of 670,00 which was a dress, an iron and an electric hair brush. I will definitely inform British airways as I used avios to pay for the stay with breakfast.
