The place was too small. It was less than what expected more so I was an international traveler. The room was like Sleep or get out!! I still have outstanding amount due to me and to date the HOTEL HAS NOT REPAY ME INTO MY BANK ACCOUNT AS PROMISED. This is very frustrating and I doubt in future I will book there or recommend anyone to do so

Apart from the rooms that are not anything prepared for those who come to work, such as lousy television. Hard beds and rainwater failing, air conditioning bad addition, from a table with good lighting and cozy, to study and work. taking all of this the staff reception was one of the best I have ever been in Brazil. Same as Lyon in France. even so it is better than the Ibs of SP Morumbi, there everything is terrible.

The new rooms are excellent, very comfortable. Good cost-benefit. Breakfast excellent. Accepts pet. Staff very friendly, helpful and attentive. Cleanliness note 10. I have frequented this hotel for a long time and I am always very well attended.

In a state of repair so the value should reflect this. Too high! Should have stated this when booking because I would have stayed in the Novatel. The Room itself was a bit tired looking. None of your hotels know about online Check-in so I won't bother anymore!

According on the price, localization, confort, cleanliness, etc., I thing the overall rate is suitable. The only problem that I would like to ask is about the wi-fi and the size of the TV. I would like to have a better wi-fi and the TV a little bit bigger.

Unfortunatelly, the hotel isn't so good like before. The bathroom, the TV and the air conditioning didn't work well... We needed to change of room. The breakfast was in average. The check-in and check-out were fast!

I was going to a weeding in Campo Grande. My flight was late and I arrived 5:50 PM. Reservations drops at 6PM. I called to the hotel and explained that I would arrive a little bit later, so they should not drop my reservation. For my surprise when I arrived my reservation was dropped and the lady was rude when I asked why. My flight back was Sunday 5PM, I had nothing to do in the city so I would like to stay at the hotel as long as I could. When I asked if I could stay the staff was trying to charge me half of the daily rate even thou I am an Accor Platinum member and as so I have the right to ask for late check-outs and other stuffs such as welcome drink. It seems that the staff did even notice that I was an Accor Member. Despite of that , the price was horrible, it can be higher than Novotel (Also Accors Hotel) which is side by side with this IBIS and is so much better hotel. Unfortunately it was full booked... Also my phillips electric shaver was missing, and when I called there to ask if they found anything, nothing was reported... I would not recommend this hotel whatsoever . Go to Novotel its much better.

I have passed 2 days on Ibis Campo Grande. Good place and the recepcionist were very receptives. The hotel stay in a good neibohood and quit too. I liked that days there. You can find a big park close of the hotel. Can walk around or make running.

Clean and simple hotel. I recommend for people who are on a business trip. Food service but I did not use. The rooms are clean and practical, like all in standard ibis. There is parking for cars. The hotel is not near the city center, but close to the hotel is an events center, is the Parque Indigena and there is a shopping center nearby.
