« Well located »

This is my 3rd and 4th visit to the Ibis at birmingham airport. Very near airport and railway station. I need special assistance and the special assistance at airport came with a wheelchair and returned me in a wheelchair, very handy. The room was OK though the 'phone did not work on both occasions. Staff polite and helpful though I was sorry that they no longer gave help with luggage. On my last visit a young man helped with my case into airport and the management was much more friendly.

Better than I was expecting, clean modern, quite funky double room with everything you might desire, good internet, nice staff, restaurant/bar, pizzeria, not a lot to not like! I would definitely use this Ibis again, five mins walk to departures for those morning flights. Thumbs up from me!

Only a one night stay before a flight but very pleasant. Cheerful receptionist and a nice room, albeit fairly small. All basic facilities provided and a really comfortable bed. Perfect location and surprisinngly quiet. Good value for money.

« Nice hotel, grumpy staff »

Hotel nice and clean, great for early departure. Poor signs when ordering pizza,drinks etc. Restaurants staff very grumpy and unhelpful. Serving us was too much trouble. Not a good start to holiday

i was surprised, how quiet my room was although only 100mtr from the terminal. On the downside the food in the restaurant could have been better, all fried from frozen.

Quick check in/out I would suggest to have a bigger sign for checking out so it’s a bit easier to notice. Good location but it would be great if direction (the walk way) from airport to hotel mentioned somewhere on website (eg. The closest exit from the airport).

« Perfect location for visitors to NEC »

Queue to check-in but mainly for visitors needing their room key activated having travelled on the monorail! Can I suggest a member of staff manning the key card machine and a separate queue say between 6pm til 7pm when visitors are returning from the NEC FANTASTIC selection for breakfast, suits all diets, hot and good quality food Room/bathroom/bed clean Would be quite nice to see a change of menu Staff very friendly and helpful
