Good staff, attentive, easy check in and check out process, good quality of food and reasonable priced. Cleanliness MUST be improved, bathrooms were not cleaned properly, restaurant plates and glasses were dirty and many times I have told the staff to change it.

The overall experience was about average. The room needs better maintenance and checks. The bedside lamp was not working, the hot water kettle was not working. The bathroom door did not shut properly. The floor was dusty. Disappointed!

It was not up to the marks of Accor Hotels. Service was Sub par, EX. it took the hotel staff 30 mins just to provide Utensils so i could eat my food, that also after i called for it 3 times. I ordered food from hotel and it arrived as if i was being served in an fast food restaurant. No valet service for cars, was asked to park in underground parking where there was no staff to guide us to park or to help with luggage. I would however commend on the service we received at check in. The hotel staff (female) was very courteous and did an excellent job of checking in swiftly and without any hassle. She got us a room even when we had arrived earlier than the check in time so we didn't had to wait in the lobby area. (Please, if you can, thank her for that i would really appreciate)

« Basic things were not available for the guest. »

As a guest, Everyone would except few necessary things as part of housekeeping staff / overall package. I would like to highlight that, The transportation has to be a part of stay package. As a guest and being new to city, I was not sure how to reach the office. Laundry services has to be a part of stay package. Dental kit has to be there before guest arrives. Food requires a lot of improvements.

However, for easy access to your office, we have hotel cars available at additional charge with different packages suiting your requirements. You'll be glad to know that we have easy connectivity in Gurgaon through Rapid metro wherein the metro station is located just outside the hotel and metro cards can be borrowed from reception during your stay to be returned at the time of departure. We also have laundry services available at additional charge. There are various value added business packages which can purchased at reception wherein the laundry is discounted up to 50 percent. Stayed there for the first time in last couple of years of numerous visits. Standard IBiS property with small rooms , small cabinets and small bathrooms. Service is a bit slow but not worth complaining it can be improved. Some basic amenities like more hangers in closet or toiletries can be added while checkin . Check Out is quick but CheckIn process can be quick too. The staff is extremely courteous and polite

Starting with a great checkin experience, it continued with clean and utilitarian rooms. Loved the surprise complimentary snacks. Clear message on what one can take away, borrow or buy - really loved this ! All the service messages in a celebratory way were great. Thank you for serving water in non plastic bottles both in the room and restaurant. Also special thanks to Sumeet at the reception and the restaurant staff for serving Jain food. Would love to return to an IBIS!

« Not good at all »

Did not like it at all. a) Small rooms and extremely small tolets b) Rooms are not clean. There is so much of dust under the beds that I got a sneezing fit the second day. c) Did not get my choice of drinks at the bar. d) The buffet was OK. But the area was understaffed so that your requests are serviced very late. The only good thing was that the staff were very friendly and courteous and the hotel is a stone's throw from my office.
