« Not a good experience »

Room service was not good while ordering food. Horrible part was, I checked in on 5th feb. I produced my id on request , however I forgot to collect back and the front desk executive too missed giving me back. I stayed for 4 nights and on the day of check out I was asked whether my Id is missing. I acknowledged it and the front desk guy searched however could not locate saying it must be with other guy. He promised me to find and courier it to me. I followed it up a couple of times and till date I have not received any confirmation on retrieving it or finding or couriering it. Nonetheless can you help me and get my voters Id back

It was good experience of staying there. Food, service etc was good. There should be more items need to be included in restaurant menu. There should be room accommodations for 3 persons as well in terms of bed and chairs etc.

I think the staff has to be trained for customer handling . The rates shown in my booking voucher was different from what they billed. Did ask receptionist and he didn’t have a correct answer . As I had to rush up to the airport I didn’t wait for the clarification . Would request the leadership team from IBIS Mumbai to get in touch with me at vi… or @ 90…

Its a hotel for business travellers, for Rs 10,000 a night you expect hotel room to be clean, room slippers, tooth brush/paste (basic amenities) to be provided. A Steam Press so you can iron your clothes for a business meeting. The room had dirty floors, room slippers were missing and had to request. The iron provided was a (non steam) 1970's version that sucked at ironing... The room didnt smell fresh as welll...

Staff was accommodating, friendly and helpful with arranging airport pickup and dropoff. Breakfast buffet was tasty with several choices of both food and drink.

« Very poorly maintained rooms and a slow and bad service »

The room that was provided to us had such bad smell of smoke mixed with some kind of air purifier. Not only our room, but also the common areas on level 4 where we stayed had a similar bad smell. Not only us, but the guests we met on level 4 also complained of the same. We stayed in room #403. I did complain of the bad smell and people came in and just sprayed some air purifier. They didn’t care to resolve the issue any other way. Later I found a can with cigarette Stubbs that I had to dispose. After which the smell only resided, but it was there. We were in a non-smoking floor and that was the situation. I wonder how bad the situation was if it were a smoking floor. I had booked the room using my points online, yet at the time of the check out I was asked to pay the room rent again. I had to resolve the whole thing once again after explaining to the staff. This is once again an unnecessary step. The restaurant had such bad service, right from ill-maintained tables, to the staff that was serving there (like they were being forced to serve). The breakfast buffet was always either not maintained well or the quality of cooking was so bad that we were forced to not eat at all. I have stayed many a times at Novotel and other Accor properties, but this was by far the worst experience. I am utterly disappointed and makes me wonder how I should make sure this doesn’t happen again.

« Small rooms, average food »

Found the room extremely small - like travelling on a cruise ship. Food variety in room service is pathetic. Ordered one Chola Kulcha. The same came with only one Kulcha. No one the the world can call this a meal. Had to order extra Kulcha which was charged for and came after long time. No newspaper provided in room. Had to call for one.

They gave different prices for the room and one of the receptionist was rude and after my check out money that they blocked hasn’t released yet to my account although they said it will be released in 48 hours

Nice hotel. Nice service. Shudir in Brackfast area waiter provides very dedicated service. Check in is easy. Only problem is mosquitos in lobby and food area. It should be taken care. Location is great.
