Stayed a couple of nights. Arrived well before check in but was able to access my room to rest after travel, 24 hour desk also made checking out early to make emergency flight a breeze. Clean and tidy room that offered everything I needed.

Overall okay. Lowest priced/star-rating hotel I've ever stayed at. Only thing I really didn't like was trying to get out through the front door with my suitcase bag at 4:30 am to catch a cab for an early flight. Bag started rolling down the sloped tiles whilst I was trying to hold the door open and get myself and bag through. Terrible! An auto opening door would eliminate that cumbersome difficulty that's left me feeling pretty ordinary (going through the front door of a hotel surely should be the easiest thing!?)

Great location, couldn't believe however that there was only one iron and ironing board for the whole entire block. Also, was unable to get out given the Coronovirus crisis that struck Melbourne, which was not ideal

staff were not very polite. room was fine for the price point but the air con was very noisey.

Feedback: Each side of the bed should have a bedside table. We were in room 601. Can be a small table just something for valuables that usually as on the bedside e.g. phone and liquid soap rather than a cake of soap would be nicer. Price and location were the winners - we'll be back!!!!!!!

Basic hotel with small rooms as the name says but excellent location, clean, very friendly and helpful ladies at the reception desk. Breakfast was nothing exceptional but it had enough options.

Overall the experience was rather seamless. A lot of wear and tear on the hotel considering it’s recent renovation. I do however believe that $100 per room for incidentals is way too much to ask for a hotel that does not even offer anything to charge back to a room.

This is always our go to place to stay. So central to everything. Rooms are quite basic but you only really sleep there so don't need much. Breakfast at $9 for all you can eat is quite reasonable too.

Good stay and kind staff. The room was a bit on the small side, but the hotel is one of the cheaper options in the city, so I would recommend it to anybody on a budget.

Staff helpful and friendly , nothing in bathroom to put things on, had to bring in a table, no plug in sink, no toilet brush. The shower curtain was stained at the bottom ,needs washing or changing. The couch in bedroom needs cleaning as does the carpet. The couch around the wall in the cafe needs cleaning. Just because it is a Budget hotel it should still be clean .
