Check in, check out, parking, room and the ability to get work done down in the bar all excellent. Only two small frustrations were ordering breakfast room service at 8:30, paying for it, then seeing expected time of delivery 1030....45 minutes after i was planning to check out. so missed brekky that i paid for. Second one was a common one for Accor hotels and that is invoices not being emailed and status points not being credited and having to chase up. But overall another great stay.

As a regular visitor to your hotel this was the only time is was not perfect. it was only simple things but it made the overall experience poor. i had an alcohol problem in the past and i do not like to be around bars. I have asked previously that a file note be made and the drink vouchers i receive simply be Coke and Water in my room so i do not have to attend the bar to get these. On this occasion the drinks were not in my room i simply had the voucher, i popped back down to reception and asked if i could please have a coke and water delivered to my room, i also mentioned there should be a file note, the lady made me feel like i was asking for her first born, she told me to go to the bar and get them myself. I explained i was not comfortable going to a bar, she politely told me there was nothing she could do. in saying this there was no one else in reception or checking in so there was no hold up. i explained to her that everytime i stay i have them in my room and it has never been an issued. the lady huffed and puffed and said what do you want. I asked for a Coke and Sparkling water. when returning to my room i had a Coke no sugar and still water. i honestly think was deliberate as she never wanted to get the drinks in the first place, i called downstairs to let them know they were wrong to the response that is all they had we can come and take them back. It is always a pleasure staying with you but this time was a disappointment. last but not least, when booking i used 2000 points as part of my stay, on checkout the entire amount was taken along with the 2000 points, yet another phone call to have that rectified.

Bed was not well made, smelt stale a bit dirty. Not what I would expect from a 5 star hotel. The menu for the restaurant was not what was on your website which was extremely disappointing as we had already picked what we wanted to eat and the menu had not much to choose from.

To be honest I am surprised - I was not expecting to be checked in early when I asked to drop my bags. Staff were friendly and provided all the relevant information upon arrival. They even put up with my highly intoxicated partner and friends which was also unexpected.

Hotel is in a convenient location for events at Olympic park. Beds were extremely comfortable and bathrooms are spacious. Parking should be indicated as paid parking in website though as it was a bit of a shock to arrive at the carpark to find out that guest parking was $40 a night (was charged $44 at reception though).

I stayed two nights and found the staff to be so helpful. Every interaction with the staff was handled quickly and with such genuine friendliness that it made my stay easy and more enjoyable. Bedroom and bathroom were both clean and really comfortable. I had a few drinks at the bar and they were reasonably priced as well. The only negative is minor. Finding the entrance to the parking was not obvious.

I booked my stay on the Accor plus website and the images of the Deluxe room on the Accor Plus website look significantly different to the room. The room looks the same as a standard room with the exception that it is on level 9 instead of 8. The pillows were so hard that we removed them and slept without a pillow. The location is excellent and the parking was easy. The lobby and bar area also looked clean and welcoming.

Stayed just the one night. I’ve stayed here many times in the past, everything was exceptional as usual. Great room, complimentary bottle of wine and fruit in arrival. Attended the executive lounge for drinks with colleagues, everyone was impressed. Also a great breakfast the next morning, looking forward to my week there starting tomorrow.

Pullman at the Olympic Park was a great convenience to us, as it was opposite to the entry for the Royal Easter Show. With 2 little ones loving the show and walking the whole day for kilometres and kilometres it was great to relax in the bath tub. Loved it

The Pullman at Sydney Olympic Park was excellent. Lovely and clean room. The King size bed was so comfortable. Walk in shower fantastic for me and shower head was not fits shower head able move it around.
