« Didn't stay and had to cancel night's stay »

A concert was cancelled and we had to cancel our accommodation booking - lost the points we spent on this booking. Although we didn't stay we received a feedback survey asking what our stay was like. Will not be renewing our membership next year as we don't receive the benefits.

We had a wonderful two night stay at your hotel. The check in was fantastic and so informative. Our room was spacious and the bed was so comfortable. Our extra treats from the hotel were just amazing. They were very unexpected but we will never forget. You are treated as an individual and every employee that we meet were just outstanding.

everything was great except for the buffet breakfast which was pretty average. Took a bit of time to find the cutleries. The hot food wasn't prepared well.

Staff were very friendly and helpful (including at the counter ordering a coffee in the morning, very friendly as well as reception). Bed was a little too soft for my and my husband's liking, but I guess it's horses for courses. Very nice room, thank you.

« School Spectacular Weekend Away »

Busy weekends call for a little more convenience and the Pullman Hotel is convenient to Qudos Arena. Although the hotel was busy we were made to feel welcome and looked after. The executive lounge was a bonus - Why would you battle it out at the take away outlets for a bite to eat when you can go to the lounge and grab a light dinner and drinks in quiet comfort. Definitely a winner.

« Convinent and wish I stayed for 2 nights »

The room service in adding extra bed was organised promptly. The housekeeping lady on floor 5 at the time was incredibly helpful. Enjoyed the discount entry to the pool. Buffet dinner was excellent for school spectacular children but unfortunately there was no signage to indicate its finishing time and the adults were disappointed to find the buffet dinner already shut at 7pm! Room is a bit dusty and not thoroughly clean. Enjoyed the stay otherwise!

The perfect hotel for a busy weekend, it's convenient and close to Qudos Arena but you do need to be early to grab a park! The Executive Lounge is the winner here - it's a relaxing area to get a light dinner and drinks away from the chaos at the take away shops. Would recommend.

« Short stay »

The room was comfortable and clean. The food in the restaurant was good. Overall it was a positive experience. However: it was disappointing that the executive lounge had no breakfast service. Also, there was only one person to help with bags on arrival and departure. As a result while he was busy my wife had to deal with 2 suitcases by herself. (The man on duty was very nice and hard working but one is not enough.)

On arrival the valet was too busy to speak with, I entered the reception and was greeted warmly. The room was not as booked, so I advised reception. It was immediately rectified and we were given a complementary breakfast and valet parking. Very friendly and helpful staff.

« Love your breakfast and overall service »

We have stayed at PULLMAN Olympic park on nurmerous occasions and have always enjoyed every aspect of the hotel. The staff are always terrific and the breakfast has all my favourite things which I love. Also a big plus you stock tomato juice which a lot of the Accor hotels don’t have.

We were a group of teachers with students with special needs staying at your hotel for School Spectacular. Ben who is a manager at your hotel went over any beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Nothing was any trouble to him and he always greeted the students with a smile and made them feel special. He took extra care of us all at breakfast, making sure that everyone felt comfortable and was well feed. Especially taking into consideration that we had students with specific dietary requirements. The rest of the staff at the Pullman were polite to our students and made our experience staying at the hotel something they are still talking about at school today. We ate at the restaurant for dinner on Thursday night and Brooke was a fantastic waitress. Once again I would like to thank Ben for going out of his way to make our stay what it was.
