The stay started with an over sarcastic person on the front desk. Hotel unable to accommodate parking for us, so we had to park in a parking station blocks away!! Not impressed. The key cards for the elevator and door had to be swiped multiple times before they would work. We were attending a concert in the area so the hotel served its purpose, but a lot of money for poor amenities.

Received a phone call two days prior to arriving to make sure our stay would live up to expectations and if we had any questions. Then a second call whilst we were travelling to confirm everything was in place with our stay. On arriving the front service desk was efficient and friendly and later we met with John in the Executive Lounge who had made the phone calls earlier. He is a credit to Accor and his service/ friendliness was exceptional. We had breakfast the following morning and the staff again could not be faulted in the dining area. Finally, when we were checking out the service was again exceptional. Thank you to your entire Team for making our stay a fantastic experience.

From being greeted and sent off by the same lovely, obliging gentleman at the entrance of the hotel, my entire experience was characterised by a feeling of being looked after. Each staff member greeted me warmly as I entered and left the building and did everything possible to make my stay comfortable and convenient. Special thanks go to John from the Club Lounge. He served us efficiently and attentively and was kind, humorous and generous; a true professional. I think I have found my Sydney home from home and very much look forward to returning over the years.
