Loved the location, aircon was terrible and room needs some minor repairs to freshen up. Car Park lift exiting on rubbish service was so gross and made a very unpleasant experience for my weak stomach.

Room was fine...a bit tired with chips to stone bench tops and wood scratched etc. View was great, bed comfortable. Breakfast was outstanding. However when you arrive back at hotel at 10.45pm and everything is closed....bar, room service and mini bar is empty.....on a Friday night....doesn’t feel like a major city....more a backwater.

A business trip with a difference this time due to the complications of interstate travel and Covid19 restrictions. Despite all that, the staff at Pullman Olympic Park went out of their way to make our stay as comfortable as possible under the circumstances. Special thanks to Sarah Hemsley for the work she did re-locating us when the Pullman was contracted to operate as a 'quarantine' location for International cricketers. Quite an experience

First time stay at Pullman Sydney Olympic Park but we have stayed at the other 2 Pullman Hotels in Sydney as well as Pullman Melbourne on the Park. From entering to departing all the staff were fantastic, helpful, friendly and very professional. The room was even better than expected with super gifts that were also unexpected. We highly recommend this hotel to everyone who wants to be thoroughly spoilt. The food at breakfast and dinner was delicious. Then, what can you say about the location ....... Olympic Park with all that it offers. We have already confirmed that we are returning in early 2021.

Sarah, Paul and Ben have been very supportive in our multiple stays at both Novatel and Pullman. A minor criticism. There seems to be little continuity in room service standards at Pullman. Some days no refilling of tea/sugar, room not vacuumed in 2 weeks. I put a sign on the door asking staff to ring the doorbell when delivering breakfast after I missed breakfast because of the soft knock on the door. It was only used 2 out of 10 times. The stay was pleasant. I look forward to returning next year.

Being upgraded from the Novotel to the Pullman I expected the 5 star experience. First time staying in the Pullman and unfortunately I would have preferred the Novotel. The bathrooms are not being cleaned well. Our shower screen still had soap splatters on it from the previous guests, the glass shower screen was streaky all over and there was mould build up in the corners and along the floor of the shower and grout. It needed a proper scrub, not just a mop over. The rooms were roomy but definitely not of 5 star grade. Beds were comfortable. I was quite disappointed.

Great location priced high for the a scrapy room not cleaned and every surface aged and or damaged. I would have thought during covid all touch surface at lest would be clean. Stick Dribble marks down cupboards and mirror and chair had something... on it .. gave away that cleaning is not up to scratch. E when mentioned house keeping just have come but didn't clean just smeared whatever it was. Bed good and could only hope it was clean, the dust in air was terrible. Have to say I've stayed in 80$ Cheap motel a lot fresher and cleaner. And very surprised not cleaned better considering Covid-19,

Stayed last Wednesday night which was origin night (i wasnt there for that) I was in room 951. Upon arrival to the room i was shocked to realise how loud the lifts where which was right behind the bedhead. I called reception and spoke to the manager to be told is was just the staff lift. and that it would stop in a couple of hours, and nothing else he could do! Free breakfast was all he could offer! Total BS as the lift was clealry the guste on too and and went till early hours of the morning and no sleep till about 2:30AM!! I ordered breakfast to the room for 6:30 and it arrived after i called at 6:55.... I paied premium reate for teh bed as it was on a busy night ($449).....dissapointed to say the absolute least!!

OK stay on a busy night

There was a bit of confusion on our arrival, as it was State Of Origin night. Getting into the hotel was difficult due to road closures, of which we were not advised. I had paid for an upgraded room because of the photo on the website. However a corner room with 2 windows was not available. On enquiry the manager on duty (Geoff) was apologetic, and offered us free parking. One other glitch was that we had been in our room for around 15 minutes, and someone knocked on our door. To my surprise ,2 maintenance men then let themselves into the room, with a TV on a trolley to be installed! I was a bit taken aback, as I was just about to get in the shower! Again, Geoff was apologetic, and we were offered free breakfast. When we went to go to breakfast in the morning, around 7.30 am, we were told that a booking was necessary and we would have to come back at ten am. As we were driving back to Coffs Harbour, this was not feasible. I do understand that it was State Of Origin, and that Covid has limited numbers in the dining areas, but perhaps little things like booking in for breakfast, should be mentioned on check in. The lift system with limited numbers per lift didn't work, as people were just queue jumping and entering the lift before us. All the staff were pleasant in their approach, some more so than others. For a premium priced room, I was left disappointed.

I took five of my staff & friends to the NRL State of Origin as a reward for their loyalty & friendship. It was a wonderful experience from check in to check out. We were met at the front by Joe who is the most special man, welcoming, charming & wanting the best for you as was Paige & other members of staff. Rooms were excellent, lounge fantastic, availability & standard of food & drinks top class.

Have stayed at this hotel on several occasions . Booked 2 rooms $449 P/N . No bottled water in room !!?… happy to purchase .. Phoned room service to only find not available however menu in room doesn't state hours of operation . Room as always clean. Overall previous stays at this hotel was a great experience, this visit unfortunately fell well short .

It is hard to beyond saying that in all the times I have stayed at this property, including, on this occasion, has been a pleasure. The staff are always pleasant and professional. The rooms are just right. I appreciate being able to make a decent pod coffee when checking out super early. As a regulare, I appreciate the staff knowing me. The menu at the downstairs restaurant is a bit thin due to COVID-19 however the food was good. I think the rooms service menu was better than dine in - just an opinion.

Considering the circumstances associated with the restrictions in place because of Covid19, the time spent at The Pullman was up to the usual high standard we have experienced in past visits.
