I chose the Ibis as it was closest to my office in King Street Wharf and as I had a foot injury needed to not have to walk far. The hotel was quite basic, small room with no real additional amenities but had everything I needed for a one night stay. It was clean, with a comfortable bed and surprisingly quiet with little to no street noise. Would stay here again for a 1 night stay, any longer I'd look elsewhere.

The hotel facilities met our expectations in spite of the renovations. But, it was the staff, especially Victoria on the front desk, who made our stay memorable. She made us feel so welcome and went beyond the usual level of service. A truly 11 out of 10 experience. Thank you Victoria.

First stay at this hotel (Accor plus member) I was treated with a bottle of wine upon arrival which was really appreciated and necessary on a Friday night!! I only get treated like that at other Accor Hotels for special occasions, not just because I had a mother and daughter trip away Will be back

Left in the middle of the night because of the discomfort of the room

Check-in was fine however from my many years of experience with Accor, I know that its an initiative to showcase the hotels available and to improve future stays. I left in the middle of the night because I couldn't get comfortable in the room that we were staying in. It was unbelievably tiny and claustrophobic, the bed was very uncomfortable and hard to sleep on and the air conditioning seemed to not be working properly. The refrigerator was broken and unlike the usual generous room nibblies, this time there wasn't any. There also wasn't any restaurant available nor was there any room service. I understand this is precautionary because of covid, but i believe I wasted my complimentary night with my husband not having being able to get away together for a very long time. The Accor membership hasn't had any real value and my thoughts were to not waste my money for the coming membership because it really doesn't offer anything of real value especially after this experience. The ibis as far as I could tell wasn't full and I'm sure they could of showcased the hotel better by giving a better room, which was offered by the service desk as I was checking out at 2.30-3.00am. I didn't feel any different to any other person using the Ibis as I would normally as an Accor member. Your time is appreciated. Mary

The rooms where very small and the bathroom was tiny. Only one lift was in operation. We where not told when we booked that the eating facilities in the hotel where closed. There was an issue with parking and it being included. I would not stay here again.

The Hotel is in a good location to access Darling Harbour and Barangaroo precincts. Rooms rather small but adequate. Extremely friendly and helpful staff.

The stay was fine except I forgot why I don't typically stay here - no blackout curtains means a stupid o'clock wakeup with daylight streaming in through the blinds.
