It was good room, the only thing I concerned was the pillows there were only 2 small pillows it is needed to provide 4 pillows in dibble bed 2 big and 2 small pillows

great service , well located , comfortable but not prepared for our stay. As single bed had not been made for 3rd guest. and no towels wore provided for 3rd guest- although this was rectified quickly we wore tired from travelling on arrival and wanted to get our little straight to bed but had to wait for necessary items. also it would've been great to know prior to arrival room service and restaurants wore not available so we can take that into account also.

Room was clean and it was nice to get a slightly bigger room this time compared to previous stays. The remote did have some dust on it, which in the current climate then made me re-think about the cleanliness of the whole room. However, the room overall was very clean and comfortable despite that hiccup.

We had our second visit at the Ibis Glen Waverley on 20 March 2020. It was the start of the COVID 19 restrictions so was fairly quiet but people were still travelling. Your staff were fantastic and we really appreciated the care they took with our 90 yo friend and us. Thank you.

Good ,under the circumstances of the coronavirus ....not busy only 5 people staying . Staff still in good spirit and welcoming . I thought a room upgrade would had been a good gesture seeing that it was my 17th visit that management pointed out in a note in the room. I have had upgrades in the past when times were busier without asking .... would had made it special and shows loyalty both ways.
