« A quiet location well located to asian eats options outside of the CBD »

My greeting was excellent. a young lady (new at the job if I recall from name badge) who was very professional and accommodating. Included hot breakfast was perfect with some decent coffee (essential!!!!!) to start the day. I didn't partake of evening meals instead choosing to use the dozens of nearby options or a quick take-in/uber style feed when I had to continue to work through the late evening hours. Billing was spot on, parking easy and the checkout quick and simple. Highly recommended.

stay this time was ok the Room I had 108 had a loose Tap in bathroom and also fridge in room was very noisey, to the point where I had to turn it off to be able to sleep. Also room was cleaned but bathroom floor still was dirty.

We stayed one night and couldn't have had better service. We were warmly greeted, given a newspaper for the day and provided with an umbrella for our short walk in the rain. The room was comfortable and clean and had everything we needed. We often stay here and are always very happy.

My only criticism was that there was no information about breakfast times. My stay was Sunday, Monday Public Holiday and Tuesday. No information was advised about times breakfast closed. Apparently it was different each day. I was bustled through by being told to ... just take what you can as we are closed. That was 10:00am on Monday. Apparently it’s 9:30 am on Tuesday and 11:00am on Sunday!!!! Lots of advertising for different dinner menus but NOTHING about breakfast serving times.

The hotel listened to my request for the location of the room I preferred. The addition of a free bottle of wine was a surprise! The room was very comfortable and quiet - a big requirement for me. Free parking is always a bonus.
