The overall experience was good. Good precautions were taken for covid. Staff was polite. 1 mark reduced out of 10 because water took longer than it should. My parents slept till 830 in the morning after decades that means they loved it. Brilliant sign. As an operations manager i can give suggestion that since you have lower resources you can grade guest services request in ABC depending on criticality. An A should always be served before a C or B should always be served later if C has not been served for 15 minutes. I don't know if you open, allocate resource and close every require but you can follow such a protocol. Other guests may feel irritated if they don't get water or any essential in the morning (or at any point) The light could be less dim but thats a major infrastructural change.

Dear Sofitel Management: I would like to express my thanks and appreciation for the service and care I received at Name of Hotel from 13th March 2020 to 14th March 2020. I took my wife on our first vacation after being blessed by Twins, and I wanted it to be perfect. Your staff did not disappoint me. I am a Loyal Accor member since last 3 years however my Last Stay at Sofitel was THE SERVICE EVER from all the countless stays and visits to multiple hotels in India and International. Few Things i would like to Highlight; The Check-in was Quick with most of my details available with the staff already. Impressive !!! The Staff was aware about we being blessed with Twins recently which was A Great Surprise for us. WOW!!! The Room was prepared with Two Cots along with Puzzles and Soft Toys for Kids which made me and my wife FEAL Special even when it was a Executive room booking. U CARE !!! Every staff member with whom we came in contact was attentive and kind. We have already decided to only Stay in Sofitel for our next vacation, which will be next year. We had a wonderful two days Break, and I have recommended Sofitel to all of my colleagues, friends and family. Thank you again for such outstanding service. Reservation No : JFPSCVRJ

This hotel is located centrally in Banda Kurla Complex with good connections to the other parts of Mumbai. The interior of the hotel is combining a French/Indian design and we heavily appreciated it. We were exceptionally excited about the hotel staff! Everybody, either as working for room service, travel desk, reception to the transportation services did an awesome job. Just a specials thanks to all these employees as they made the stay exceptional!

Overall stay was awesome. Rooms were good Gym was good. Steam and Sauna was also nice Cudnt use Swimming pool and Jacuzzi due to Coronavirus scare. Food could have been a little better Options were great. Overall experience is 9/10. One point taken only for a bit food quality

Overall very good stay, although the service time can be improved (at one point it took them 45 mins to just get cutlery for a takeaway food i had brought). Special thanks to chef Zumail Lopez for all the support with baby food (it's not easy travelling with an infant). Another callout for staff Divyansh, his courteous approach and service was a class apart.

jinen assisted us upon check in. The experience with him was amazing. He made sure that he knows our need and assisted us by going through the extra mile. He recognized us during our stay and made sure that we were taken care of. It just made us feels that although we are in overseas, but there is nothing to be worried about.
