Perfect for short stay, near Simpang Lima so the location is perfect. The welcome drink as an ALL member also fine. Check-in and check-out procedure is fast and simple. But room need more cleanings. We found few dusts under the table and bed area.

i have been stay for several times there with my husband. and both of us are love to stay there. friendly staff and clean. but when we stay on room on floor 10, i forgot the room number, there are several things not in common, but your staff fix it immediately.

A nice hotel, strategic location, friendly staff, clean room but Ibis Semarang had limited parking location. May next time Ibis Semarang add parking location so the visitor can enjoy the service.

At the first time, I expected too much on this hotel. I was checked by the security about hygiene according to CoVid19. It was very good protocol but another day seemed like no checked anymore. I reported one of broken peripherals including soap dispenser to the hotel then they had fixed. However, the soap dispenser still not function well. I suggest to give body soap and hair soap separately. I stayed for 3 nights at room 5008. Furthermore, foods and beverages on the breakfast feels like ordinary street food, nothing special. One of my favorites food while staying is Nasi Goreng Jawa. That was my ordinary experience while staying at this hotel. Thank you.

1st visit back in 2014, was wonderful experience so when recently came to visit Semarang, I rebook again your hotel, must say quite disappointing that the room was poorly maintain, broken tiles, dirty basin, leaking pipes, chair with broken rubber pads on the legs, how hard Is it to repair that, which cause guest to drag the chair across the parquet floor, further causing more damage to the property. Better buck up your maintenance ppl. Not doing their job

1. liquid body wash much water than the soap. 2. restaurant front desk my room not include breakfast, when i check to front desk hotel my reservation include the breakfast. because when i check in, he front desk not give me a breakfast card/note. very disappointed. 3. the bed not comfort, the wood side of bed are scratched.

In overall this hotel is highly valuable, though need some maintenance especially on : restaurant seating. Room is clean, with quite small bathroom, but on my last stay the AC control not working normally (too cold, even when I turn off the control, no effect at all). Location and service is excellent and efficient.

i booked this Hotel for my Aunty through accorhotels website. booking process is very easly. and when I make a phone call to reservation for confirmation booking and payment method, reservation agent is very friendly and helpful. I found no problems from the booking process to checkout. everything is running well. excellent.

1)The color of the towels supplied were not white. It looks old. Suggest to change new white towel. 2) the fire extinguisher boxes are protruding along the walkway. This is dangerous for kids. Potential hazard.
