It was quite good in terms of room and front desk servicing. One of staff called Coco Cao was very helpful and professional. As a Accor member when I was booking via online, I will think our loyalty points were automatically recorded and captured. But when I was checking that it was disappointed it requires members to remember and show membership card checking in front desk before you can earn it. I am losing about a total of 2 weeks of staying points during Ibis in China.... Yet there should be priority or late check in service for Accor members for staying short term of a month stay.

It was horrible!! We had a reservation for one week and left after 2 days. The tv did not work, the towels were grey and old, there was no tea pot in the room, there was only one towel and had to request the second one the 2 days we stayed. And, to top it all we realized the door was not locking when closing it from the outside. We called someone, they saw and said would come back and never did. Lastly, they allow people coming to the hotel to offer women services every night. I find that very distasteful specially for the women travelers. This is a very low class hotel.

Good 1. since our flight was cancelled due to Shanghai weather, Ibis agreed not to charge for the first night BAD 1. We arrived early morning 3:00 am. Only 1 person was at the lobby and he was sleeping at the sofa. Then he proceeded to tell us "Why are you checking in so early in the morning?". 2. It seems that our reservation was not in the system. It took the reception a long time to get our rooms. 3. The 2nd room was booked to be for 2 SEPARATE beds, but they gave us only 1 bed so the 2 persons had to sleep in 1 bed. 4. Ibis staff has very poor English. 5. Our booking confirmation said pre paid. However, we were still asked to pay on the first day. Because of poor English, until now, we still do not know if payment was correct. 6. Rooms are very dirty. floor corners and bathroom are moldy and not clean. 7. Will definitely not stay in Ibis anymore. We expected better from an Accor Hotel.

This is the worst ibs hotel I have ever seen. I couldn't stay as the room is dirty, old, terrible quality of everything! I am not joking! Seriously, to be a branded hotel, I was shocked by this hotel. I took photos can prove how terrible this hotel is. This ibs is worse than cheap non-branded hotel, the towel is turn to black and broken already! The toilet paper is worse than public W.C., the bed sheet is rough, poor quality. The pillow is flat already. The room is tiny like 8 sqm, all the furniture are cheap old and poor quality. It's a shame that this hotel is under Accorhotel group. I will never come again and never introduce or recommend to anyone!

Price was good, friendly team at the entrance desk. Room were poor. Many noise from the floor. Bathroom was poor, there is mold. Wlan router was broken. Breakfast was much too expensive for what it offered.

Just so so. Seemed the quilt was just used... wrinkled...when I first walked into the room. Well, it couldn't have been used. But it actually looked like that.

The level of this hotel only down in the recent years. Rooms are damaged and dirty. Service is bad. 3 or 5 minute policy you can forget. Recently only 1 towel (with several holes in it) in a room for 2 people. If you want more you have to call them several times. Long lines and check in en check out. Location is good, but rest is really so, so.

The TV didn't work, and there was no heat in the room because the central heating was not working, and of course other than e-mail I couldn't do much work via the Internet, but that is because the government blocks most sites. I don't think I would stay there again.

Breakfast was good but the food often cold no matter when I had breakfast. The location of the hotel makes taxi-rides quite important but te staff would not order taxis for me an told me to go to the curb instead. The first room I was given had not been properly cleaned and had no hot water so I requested to be moved. Staff were nice but definitely not forthcoming!

A hotel that give a couple ONLY one towel to use . When I go to the counter and asked for additional , The staff told me that is what the problem they face and advise me to rise the problem to management. The central aircon is not working so I also asked for additional bracket as it is too cold but only given two bracket cover .
